**What do you like best about High Plains RMS?**

The system was easy for the end user to understand, and some data was easy to pull out for analysis. Having everything under one program was very helpful.

**What do you dislike about High Plains RMS?**

We outgrew the system. The inability to add fields meant we couldn't track what we needed to. 

**What problems is High Plains RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We used High Plains as our primary RMS for emergency responses, plan review, and inspections.

**What do you like best about High Plains RMS?**

I like the fact that many users can access the product  so everyone can make updates  so then when accessed, the reports are current

**What do you dislike about High Plains RMS?**

There isn’t much we have problems with, it’s mostly on our end when data is input incorrectly. 

**What problems is High Plains RMS solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We have a lot of moving parts so High Plains allows us to keep everything current and in one place
