Also TargetSolutions can make cloud based solutions **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** TargetSolutions helped us to quickly train the end users in short time by adopting best industry practices, also it was seamless in customising the training as per the requirement and tailor to the need of hour ### 2. This coupled with the exceptional customer service makes it very good. **What do you dislike about TargetSolutions?** The least impressive thing about target solutions is the time tracking it record keeping. Although it's very thorough the analytics that are generated could be better. **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** The employees in our office are trained for ERT situations along with actual security and staff to counter the natural disasters and other such problems. All these are very helpful to the organisation. ### 3. I don't think that my agency would have kept on without them. They make their training very easy **What do you dislike about TargetSolutions?** One thing I dislike about target solutions is the fact that occasionally it can be overwhelming, especially as a new user. However, the team is very well prepared and will help you whenever needed. **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** Target solutions is helping, my business effectively train everybody, and every employee this is very much needed with him first responders in order to best assist the people ### 4. Tools such as assessments, video uploads and linking to internal resources make it the perfect tool for training new staff and providing refresher material to the old hands as well! As an administrator, I appreciate the ease of use when seeking data on staff and the training's they either have left in the queue or have completed, as well as the simple editing interface they have created. Transferring staff who move around a lot had been a chore with the old in-house system we utilized previously, but with TS it's a snap. **What do you dislike about TargetSolutions?** Challenging at times to upload YouTube videos or compressed files that require reading prior to an assessment. Certain types of files don't play nice with TS either, but I will say that the customer satisfaction team has always found a workaround that allowed us to get thins done in a manner that satisfied our needs! **Recommendations to others considering TargetSolutions:** When seeking in house training tools, there are many options, some that rely on external applications to provide the training results that Target solutions provides right out of the box! Given what we have learned from our implementation of TS, we feel you will find it a useful resource in maintaining training across various arenas in your organization, **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** TS has become our de-facto in-house training platform. We utilize it for everything from our Reasonable Suspicion policy to defensive driving. It has allowed us to compartmentalize our campus training's in a manner that builds continuity, uniformity and efficiencies from the on-boarding process thru re-certifications for all our trades staff! All mandatory campus training is now housed in one compartmentalized and easy to access portal, by simply logging in with you employee credentials. TS has given us training resources that we didn't know we lacked until we began using it! ### 5. Also the opportunity for staff to supplement their own CEs. **What do you dislike about TargetSolutions?** I haven't found something that I particularly dislike about the software. **Recommendations to others considering TargetSolutions:** Include a lot of access to trainings and links that can be self-assigned for go-getters. Don't forget to record completions of things you may complete in the day-to-day that can count towards training requirements, CEs, or personnel files. **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** The problem solved is the training requirements. Completing enough ongoing continuing educational credits can be tricky and this tracks that for you. ### 6. I use this site for my ambulance corporation. The learning material is amazing, easy to grasp concepts, easy to maneuver throughout the website and clear instructions. **What do you dislike about TargetSolutions?** Sometimes the website does not load the videos and you have to refresh the page. Easy fix though. **Recommendations to others considering TargetSolutions:** I love using Target Solutions. The learning material is spot on. It is so easy to use and maneuver through the website. Its clear how to navigate the system and get to the learning materials you need to get to. I can use on windows and apple ios. I even use this on my iphone **What problems is TargetSolutions solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am getting my CME's completed without having to travel around to different locations. It has made my life 100% easier. ### 7.
