# Which Diversity Recruiting platforms maintain high adoption among talent acquisition teams past initial deployment?

A tool can score well on day-one usability and still see adoption drop off once the novelty wears off, so this is worth separating out.

For teams past the one-year mark with any of these, did usage actually grow across the team, or did it stay concentrated with the one recruiter who championed the rollout?

Honestly adoption sticks when the diversity features live inside the ATS the TA team already uses every day, not in a separate bolt-on tool that quietly gets abandoned. Greenhouse is the standout for lasting adoption, it's one of the most widely used and reviewed applicant tracking systems, and its structured hiring approach (consistent scorecards, reducing bias in the workflow) keeps teams in it daily. Jobvite is another established ATS with diversity features baked into the core recruiting flow. HireVue gets used for structured, more standardized interviews that support fairer evaluation. To be real, if you're looking at a standalone diversity-sourcing add-on, ask pointedly about usage rates after month three, that's where separate tools tend to drop off. Are you trying to embed DEI into your existing ATS, or add a dedicated sourcing layer on top?
