What do you like best about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

Dropbox Sign makes it easy to upload my PDF contracts and easily add the right signature fields so that my clients can view and properly sign contracts easily. Every client to whom I have sent a contract in Dropbox Sign has been able to access it easily and understand how to sign it without my help. I have never had a complaint. What do you dislike about Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign)?

What problems is Dropbox Sign (formerly HelloSign) solving and how is that benefiting you?

When I first started as a graphic designer, I had to send contracts to clients via email, then have them sign and fax them back. It was a cumbersome process, and many didn't want the hassle. Dropbox Sign completely eliminated what was a major friction point in my client acquisition process. It has helped me get more contracts signed, faster, because it is so convenient for my clients.
