**What do you like best about HR Software?**

This HR solution strictly complies with local German labor regulations and corporate management standards. It unifies employee profiles, shift rosters and performance data in one place, greatly facilitating internal training organization and cross-team manpower deployment for manufacturing projects. The system is user-friendly and requires minimal staff training. Its tailored shift scheduling fits our workshop rotational work model well. Built-in working hour tracking and compliance audits effectively prevent regulatory risks, while the visual dashboard enables fast overview of staffing status and training progress to support efficient manpower arrangement.

**What do you dislike about HR Software?**

Standard report templates cannot be freely adjusted, causing difficulties exporting data compatible with Siemens internal operational systems. The mobile version lacks sufficient practical functions, affecting on-site approval and schedule inquiry during production line inspections. Custom business process configuration depends heavily on technical support, lowering work efficiency. In addition, its connectivity with on-site factory management systems still needs further improvement.

**What problems is HR Software solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It replaces traditional manual filing and fragmented personnel data management, simplifies workshop shift arrangement and cuts redundant administrative work. The platform standardizes daily HR procedures and keeps all operations in line with local labor policies. Visualized data overview helps our engineering team arrange manpower scientifically and guarantee stable progress of production and automation projects.
