What do you like best?
We have been using all features for Performance Management - 1 to 1 Talks, Evaluation, Surveys etc. Useful and easy to work for ongoing basis
What do you dislike?
I can not say that something not good. I believe that the Evaluation 360 module could be designed a bit better. Interface design could be more modern, but it is not critical.
Recommendations to others considering the product
Going into Performance Management we knew very little about the software and had just heard great things. Now that we've been on it for a few years I can say that the software has grown along with our business.
What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?
We are getting some additional engagement. I love the transparency Heartpace provides. Everyone in the company prepares for Talks and you can read anyone's answers in team talks.
