"Helping small businesses make HR management easier"

What do you like best?

Heartpace has made so many of the tedious and annoying clerical parts of HR routine automated. The interface is really intuitive to work with, I love how easy it is to use.

What do you dislike?

OKR module is fairly new so there are a few links but they do their best to make improvements and listen to their customers.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

If you are a company that is losing time due to spreadsheets and out of date processes, this is the software that will change your life. It is especially user-friendly which is nice for all your employees who are constantly asking you questions related to their personal information.

"We have automated our OKR tracking and made it ongoing"

What do you like best?

Easy and transparent visualization of where we are now with our Objectives and Key Results. The ability to add individual OKR level for employees.

What do you dislike?

It would be better to have a Mobile App to be able to track my personal key results on the go.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We automated our routine and saved our managers' time. Our goals based on OKR framework have become public, available for all teams and fixed in one place.

"Painless Performance Management"

What do you like best?

We have been using all features for Performance Management - 1 to 1 Talks, Evaluation, Surveys etc. Useful and easy to work for ongoing basis

What do you dislike?

I can not say that something not good. I believe that the Evaluation 360 module could be designed a bit better. Interface design could be more modern, but it is not critical.

Recommendations to others considering the product

Going into Performance Management we knew very little about the software and had just heard great things. Now that we've been on it for a few years I can say that the software has grown along with our business.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We are getting some additional engagement. I love the transparency Heartpace provides. Everyone in the company prepares for Talks and you can read anyone's answers in team talks.

"Transparent 360 Evaluation"

What do you like best?

In our company, I use evaluation regularly (one time per quartal), but before we adopted Heartpace this prosses was annoying for everyone and took a lot of time. Now we can evaluate our staff easily and it absolutely painless

What do you dislike?

Had some issues with meeting step in Evaluation. But very nice Heartpace support solved this problem

You can shedule 1 to 1 meeting based on previos 360 evaluation

This is great software for evaluations - easy to handle and very price competitive.

"Useful software for our manager and HR`s favorite tool "

What do you like best?

We had some time for testing and understending this software. After 20 days active usage of Heartpace, we realized that our 1:1 meetings became more focused and helped us be us on the same page.

What do you dislike?

Some tools like Heartpace have solutions for onboarfing, but it hasn`t

If you encounter issues with app, there’s an Intercom chat where you can get in touch with their support team. There also have help desk with Use Cases and Tutolials.

"Make 1:1 meetings great again"

What do you like best?

My feuvorite features are 1:1 Talks and Surveys. Now we are testing new OKRs module

What do you dislike?

I have seen Heartpace continue to get easier and more modern and all-time strive to become better. I truly do not dislike anything about Heartpace

I am happy that we have adopted Heartpace as a tool for one to one meetings. Now we have structures process for team collaboration.

"Good for Performance Management!"

What do you like best?

I really liked these features in Heartpace: Talks, Surveys, 360 Evaluation. Our HR team used this software on an a daily basis. And we had the employee database in one place!

What do you dislike?

We really needed an Onboarding module, hopefully, we will see it in the next Heartpace update.

What business problems are you solving with the product? What benefits have you realized?

We've structured our HR processes and automated a lot of the routine tasks.
