It is a great tool to manage human resources and administrative tasks, in addition to allowing us to evaluate our staff in a simple and very comfortable way.

In the past it was a chaos to evaluate and manage the performance of our colleagues, thanks to this tool we have facilitated the process and we have all the features we need in one place, evaluation, surveys, conversation 1 to 1, it is also very simple to use , we have tested it in the most conflictive departments and have generated excellent results in the performance and cooperation of the staff. What do you like best about HeartPlace HR?

Heartpace is a management Software where an organization uses to keep and manage their employees efficiently and effectively so as to achieve the firm set goals and objectives. Heartpace works as performance review for the employees so as can be used as part of the decision when promoting some of them. the software has an appealing and intuitive user interface that users can easily understand on how it work. What do you dislike about HeartPlace HR?

It takes sometimes bit long to load during initialization process. Also the trial version has very short time for new users so, if it could have been bit longer like 60 days could have been better. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeartPlace HR?

We have been using all features for Performance Management - 1 to 1 Talks, Evaluation, Surveys etc. Useful and easy to work for ongoing basis Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

I can not say that something not good. I believe that the Evaluation 360 module could be designed a bit better. Interface design could be more modern, but it is not critical. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about HeartPlace HR?

In our company, I use evaluation regularly (one time per quartal), but before we adopted Heartpace this prosses was annoying for everyone and took a lot of time. Now we can evaluate our staff easily and it absolutely painless Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
