Super customizable. Reports are easy to read and understand **What do you dislike about Heartland Digital Dining?** Screens lose sensitivity over time on regular POS computers (pressure sensitive). **Recommendations to others considering Heartland Digital Dining:** Great for high volume bars and restaurants, especially with kitchens. If you don’t have room for bulky POS equipment, they offer iPad use as well. **What problems is Heartland Digital Dining solving and how is that benefiting you?** The instant customization in the back office is a lifesaver. Also very easy to train staff to use. ### 2. It's your standard restaurant pos system **What do you dislike about Heartland Digital Dining?** I think it could have less sub menus and when you go to delete a payment it prints out way too many receipt papers. Also for the reopening a check process is way to long and could be simplified **What problems is Heartland Digital Dining solving and how is that benefiting you?** I like that it has a split option for credit cards so I don't have to calculate the difference. The aloha system I used before doesn't have that option so I manunally have to calculate what each card would be charged ### 3. System also would crash from time to time. **Recommendations to others considering Heartland Digital Dining:** It does the deed! Even if it looks outdated, it's perfect for restaurants. It's easy to seat people, place orders, and split checks. The system isn't one that gets in the habit of freezing often as well. You can also customize the screens to floor plans of your restaurant. **What problems is Heartland Digital Dining solving and how is that benefiting you?** Organization in terms of seating customers, placing orders for tables and handling payments. ### 4.
