# What's the highest-rated social media marketing software by customer satisfaction based on user reviews?

The strongest first-30-day satisfaction signal for me would be whether the team stops using its old workarounds. If approvals move out of email, community managers stop switching between native inboxes, or scheduling spreadsheets disappear, the new platform is already removing the friction that triggered the switch. I’d measure those workflow changes alongside the satisfaction score itself.
