**What do you like best about Harness?**

The thing I like best about Harness is the ability to use images, gifs, memes in the text feature. It makes texting donors much more fun and engaging.

**What do you dislike about Harness?**

The only thing I dislike about Harness is that there is a fee to import data to our main database. Currently we don't have enough to make it worth it yet.

**What problems is Harness solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Harness makes is so much easier for donors to end their monthly donation, increase or decrease it, or even look up receipt information.

**What do you like best about Harness?**

Super easy to configure and use. It is very flexible to add services, deployments, pipelines, versions as well matured rolled back process if needed to revert the build quickly.

**What do you dislike about Harness?**

Error reporting process can be improved. There are too many deployment logs generated which sometimes is overwhelming and difficult to trace the exact cause of the issue.

**What problems is Harness solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It eases our deployment process. We have setup harness pipelines which we used to do manually. This really reduces our deployment time.
