Lacks an "alumni" option to contact individuals that have graduated. **What problems is Snap! Athletes need to spend more time on classwork and master their craft instead of selling products that never seem to make enough money. Snap has the perfect set-up to accomplish what is best for our athletes. Snap immediately makes you feel comfortable with an in-depth, easy-to-understand zoom call. The staff is amiable, making sure to walk you through the process. They check in to ensure you don't have any questions and give updates throughout the process. I will continue to use Snap for all our fundraisers. **What do you dislike about Snap! We knew going into the fundraiser that Snap Raise would keep a percentage of our donations, but even after their cut was taken out, it was the most money the program has ever made in a single program. **What problems is Snap! Raise?** Some parents did not want their child to contribute emails and "ask for money" so we struggled to get those participants to meet the minimum requirements. **What problems is Snap! Raise solving and how is that benefiting you?** School districts are allocating fewer resources to athletic teams for required items such as uniforms or equipment. Raise?** We received some pushback from parents and athletes due to the nature of crowdfunding. I received calls from administrators saying that the fundraiser push made parents feel uncomfortable. Raise?** The only thing, as a first time user, is how much I felt I had to learn on my own. It was not very clear at the beginning what the step by step procedures were. Raise?** Snap! Raise was practically effortless and was 10x more profitable than previous fundraisers! Cannot recommend them enough! They were upfront with the fees and over-delivered with their professionalism, service, and the amount of money we raised for the team! **What do you dislike about Snap! Raise?** There were hardly any downsides to using Snap! Raise. The fee they charged for the service seemed steep initially, but after seeing everything they did for us and the amount we took home after the cost, it was absolutely worth it. My team originally had trouble reaching some of the minimum numbers that the Snap! Raise team had set for us, but Snap! Raise was very accommodating, made the fundraiser a success, and tailored everything to meet our needs. **What problems is Snap! Raise solving and how is that benefiting you?** Our budgets have been cut tighter and tighter every year. With the help of Snap! Raise, we have been able to grow our program, improve our equipment, and afford the increases in equipment costs, despite the budget cuts. ### 16. Raise?** I had seen some other programs in the area try snap raise and had success, so we decided to give it a shot at our small school, Wild Roots, even though we didn't think it would be that successful with our parent base. We were pleasantly surprised at how easy it was to set everything up, and get the campaign up and running. We were also amazed at the results! Not everyone participated but a lot of our families helped by submitting emails and sending some text messages out and we ended up raising $300 per a student at the school! The check showed up a couple weeks later and it was the most we had ever done with any fundraisers. Our Snap campaign still has raised more than all the other fundraisers we've done combined! Next year we will skip then small fundraisers and focus on maximizing this for the school. **What do you dislike about Snap! Raise?** Nothing to dislike! We would have liked to have more participation from the parents but this is not the fault of Snap Raise, I think next year parents will be more like to participate after seeing the success we had last year. **What problems is Snap! It was very hard to source the funds for the project so we resorted to fundraisers. ### 17. Snap! It took too long to set up, and I do not have as much control over the logo and merchandise as I would like. **What problems is Snap!
