While it's not my job to chase invoices or manage customer payments... understanding if and when customers have paid invoices allows me to better track commission payments, as well as to make sure customers who are timely on payments are prioritized since those are the accounts we want to work with the most! **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** Nothing really, HappyAR solves the issues I use it for and allows me to get the visibility I need to answer my own questions. Maybe if there was a way for it to automatically notify me when payments specifically from my customers come in... it may do this already though and I haven't found it. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Previously I had to annoy our AR people and enquire on payment status, which was inconvenient and hard to get quick responses on. HappyAR solves that for me and my colleagues. Our AR people can also spend less time answering questions from operations on payment status and commissions. ### 3. Connects to QuickBooks Online, there is no need to import and export data. I definitely will recommend this product to all my customers. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** I had problems linking my QuickBooks Online account to Happy AR. I contacted the company, and they were able to help me. Now everything is running smothly. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Invoicing reporting is easier to see with their software. It saves time by automatically creating reports instead of manually creating them. ### 4. All of the reports and statistics that I had to previously pull manually each day are now the first items I see on my dashboard each morning. The collection templates and automated e-mails also save me a lot of time and energy so I can focus on other projects. And finally, having the collections audit trail for each invoice is super helpful so I can easily track all activity and correspondence. HappyAR truly makes me happy! **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** We are in the early stages of utilizing HappyAR, so our biggest dislike so far is that we didn't know about the software sooner. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We can automate numerous activities and not only save time and money, but we are now less likely to let an outstanding invoice fall through the cracks. ### 5. In many cases, we've been paid faster than normal which helps to justify the cost of the system. Plus it integrates with Bill.com which is a must for our team. They also offered a free trial and month-to-month pricing which my leadership team liked and help get us started and using the system. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** Nothing yet has jumped out that we've disliked. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** We had a recurring problem with clients paying our invoices in a timely manner. This was the reason we started looking for a solution like HappyAR. Their solution has reduced the number of days on average that it takes to get an invoice paid- which has improved our cash flow and allowed our finance team to stay focused on their main role and reduced the amount of "chasing" required to get an invoice paid. Also, the certified integrations and user validation make the system secure to use, which was another benefit that we were looking for as we reviewed a few options. ### 6. Happy AR has provided services that we are not able to get from bill.com or QuickBooks. Happy AR has saved us numerous hours of manual work and made us look like superstars to our clients. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** I haven't found anything that I dislike yet. It's hard to dislike something that has increased my productivity so much. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** HappyAR is saving me 10+ hours a week with its automation and pre-made templates. My clients are thrilled because they are seeing their DSO numbers fall drastically, which means improved cash flow for them. Plus, I now have more hours to work on other accounting and planning tasks for my clients to help them grow their businesses. ### 7. Took chasing unpaid invoices off of my plate. This is the third AR solution I've tried and I think we have a winner. I'm finally back to building my business instead of running it, chasing after invoices. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** I don't see anything yet. Customer service has been great so far. I'm guessing they'll get any problems taken care of. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** The main benefit is the time. I was entering AR and collections into my system and Quickbooks (my previous system always had mistakes syncing). HappyAR is doing great at syncing with Quickbooks so far and I was able to customize client communications in a way I felt good about. When you're a small operation like me, you have to automate or else your business end up running you. This is automation done right. ### 8. My team can see where they stand with any/all outstanding payments, which lessens the time spent between departments corresponding back and forth about whether payments have come in. Because the system tracks whether invoices have been received and opened, we can forecast and plan more efficiently. Overall we are pleased with the integration. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** TBD. We are new to the platform, so still figuring out all the functionality. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Through HappyAR's tracking, we can establish which clients require no follow-up, automated follow-up, or person-to-person contact to get our invoices paid more quickly. The system is incredibly user-friendly and results rapid. Our partner network has been thrilled. It's allowed us to obtain more favorable attention in terms of speed to payment. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Like most organizations, we are looking to do more with less and to automate where possible. The staff effectively communicated with us throughout the process, we were able to reduce the time it took to get paid and have improved our relationship with customers as a result. Highly recommend Using them to anyone wanting to improve your AR process. **What do you dislike about HappyAR?** We haven't found anything missing in this system. If we did the staff at HappyAR are so good at what they do I am sure they would find an immediate solution. **What problems is HappyAR solving and how is that benefiting you?** Biggest issue was getting g paid in a timely manner.
