What I like best about Hakimo is the combination of reliable, continuous monitoring and excellent customer service. It gives us better coverage than traditional roaming security because multiple areas can be monitored at the same time, rather than relying on a person who can only be in one place at a time. It has allowed us to reduce our need for onsite security patrols while improving coverage and reducing costs. Just as importantly, the Hakimo team is responsive and easy to work with. As with any security solution, there have occasionally been situations where we've needed to fine-tune our monitoring or escalation procedures, but their team has always been very responsive and willing to work with us.
