What do you like best about Gym Insight?

Customer service and ease of use, the simplicity of the product underscores the complexities of the processes associated with operating a gym. Gym Insight is very intuitive and with the upgraded user interface and functionality, serves to make sure the user experience is optimized. Every single time I've made a "service" call my call has been picked up on the first or second ring and the level of customer service is unmatched in the industry. After spending 21 years as an owner operator and fitness facility consultant, there are no other names I even consider when debating which software system to use. What do you dislike about Gym Insight?

Although not a primary component of Gym Insights services, the door access control system has been a bit tricky to navigate. My hope is that there would be a network of trained professionals in each market to serve as the installer and/or liaison between customer A and Gym Insight. What do you like best about Gym Insight?

I use Gym Insight as a merchant and membership database. It allows me to bill my customers and store customer information and act as a CRM. The customer service is top notch and very helpful and fast. The software is very easy to use. I save a lot of time and money as a business owner. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gym Insight?

The merchant fees could be better, like with eCheck, where I get charged 0.75% per transaction and have to wait a long time to get the revenue deposited in my business bank account. It would also be helpful if they were more open to integrating with other merchants outside of Authorize.net. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

If I had to be picky, I wish the portal and the app were "prettier" ? For example more customizable features like theme changes. It's super easy to use, which I love, but maybe too basic.. What do you like best about Gym Insight?

Gym Insight has been a game changer for my business. I don't have a bricks and mortar gym but do have a team that services clients throughout a tri-state area. So whether we are on the road or working from home, Gym insight enables me to easily manage my business no matter where I am as well as push through important information so my team can manage their clients as well.

Gym Insight was easy to implement, has improved my overall collections not to mention enhance client satisfaction and retention. Aside from the ease and convenience of the Platform, the training and support is off the charts. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gym Insight?

To be honest, I have yet to find a down side of this platform, there isn't one thing I dislike. As a small business owner and not overly tech savvy this platform is easy to use, comprehensive and the support is off the charts.
