
Customer service and ease of use, the simplicity of the product underscores the complexities of the processes associated with operating a gym. Gym Insight is very intuitive and with the upgraded user interface and functionality, serves to make sure the user experience is optimized. Every single time I've made a "service" call my call has been picked up on the first or second ring and the level of customer service is unmatched in the industry. After spending 21 years as an owner operator and fitness facility consultant, there are no other names I even consider when debating which software system to use. Although not a primary component of Gym Insights services, the door access control system has been a bit tricky to navigate. My hope is that there would be a network of trained professionals in each market to serve as the installer and/or liaison between customer A and Gym Insight.
