What do you like best about Gyde?

Gyde is one of the easiest tools I’ve used for creating process documentation and onboarding guides. The auto-capture feature is amazing — I just go through my workflow normally, and Gyde instantly turns everything into clean, step-by-step documentation with screenshots. What do you dislike about Gyde?

Nothing major, but a few small improvements would be nice:

A dark mode for long documentation sessions.

Occasionally, walkthrough prompts load slowly on heavier web apps.

Automatic scheduled analytics reports would be a useful addition.

What do you like best about Gyde?

I appreciate how Gyde helps new joiners process steps with ease, making it simple for anyone unfamiliar with the system to navigate through the steps. I also like that if someone is stuck in the middle of a process or gets an error, Gyde automatically prompts them on where they can continue the journey. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gyde?

Gyde could be improved by building AI features that auto prompt the next step if a user stays on a step too long. Also, tracking user performance in the backend for insights into where users spend the most or least time would be helpful. Additionally, while the setup process is simple for Gyde Walkthrough, the process involving elements is a bit difficult and time-consuming. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Gyde?

As an Admin, I don’t dislike Gyde, but I do have some feedback and a few areas where it could be improved. Recording options should be enabled so we can record videos. Categories in Gyde currently can’t be deleted, and that should be possible. The Dashboard and Analytics could also be made more user-engaging and easier to work with. We should have an option to add dialects in the voice-over settings. Also, selecting elements can sometimes become a tedious task, so it would help to have an easier option for selecting classes and elements. Finally, a PDF download option should be provided so we can export walkthroughs and steps. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Gyde?

I like Gyde because it provides real-time accurate solutions, which is particularly valuable for assisting our Field Executives with their login journey.
