**What do you like best about Gyde?**

Gyde is one of the easiest tools I’ve used for creating process documentation and onboarding guides. The auto-capture feature is amazing — I just go through my workflow normally, and Gyde instantly turns everything into clean, step-by-step documentation with screenshots. Even teammates who aren’t very technical can use it without training.

**What do you dislike about Gyde?**

Nothing major, but a few small improvements would be nice:

A dark mode for long documentation sessions.

Occasionally, walkthrough prompts load slowly on heavier web apps.

Automatic scheduled analytics reports would be a useful addition.

A desktop app and more export options would be convenient.

**What problems is Gyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Gyde, we created SOPs manually, which took forever. With Gyde’s AI-powered guide creation, documentation is literally 10× faster. Just one run-through of a process becomes a polished, shareable guide.

Gyde also fixed our biggest adoption challenge: users struggled to learn new tools. The in-app walkthroughs, contextual tooltips, and help articles guide employees in real time — right when they need it. This has noticeably reduced support tickets and improved overall accuracy in task execution.

We rely heavily on Gyde’s analytics to see where users drop off or get confused. These insights help us improve our processes and get better ROI from tools like Salesforce and our HRMS. Overall, Gyde has made onboarding smoother, training easier, and internal support significantly lighter

**What do you like best about Gyde?**

I appreciate how Gyde helps new joiners process steps with ease, making it simple for anyone unfamiliar with the system to navigate through the steps. I also like that if someone is stuck in the middle of a process or gets an error, Gyde automatically prompts them on where they can continue the journey.

**What do you dislike about Gyde?**

Gyde could be improved by building AI features that auto prompt the next step if a user stays on a step too long. Also, tracking user performance in the backend for insights into where users spend the most or least time would be helpful. Additionally, while the setup process is simple for Gyde Walkthrough, the process involving elements is a bit difficult and time-consuming.

**What problems is Gyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gyde helps new joiners process cases step by step with ease. If someone is stuck, Gyde auto prompts where to continue, ensuring smooth processing even for those unfamiliar with the system.

**What do you like best about Gyde?**

Gyde makes learning simple and engaging.
Gyde has a friendly user interface.
Gyde has multiple options for the User to navigate and understand.
The Voiceover makes the learning more engaging.

**What do you dislike about Gyde?**

As an Admin, I don’t dislike Gyde, but I do have some feedback and a few areas where it could be improved. Recording options should be enabled so we can record videos. Categories in Gyde currently can’t be deleted, and that should be possible. The Dashboard and Analytics could also be made more user-engaging and easier to work with. We should have an option to add dialects in the voice-over settings. Also, selecting elements can sometimes become a tedious task, so it would help to have an easier option for selecting classes and elements. Finally, a PDF download option should be provided so we can export walkthroughs and steps.

**What problems is Gyde solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Gyde addresses the challenge of scattered, unstructured learning by consolidating all training content, enrollments, and tracking in one centralized platform. As a result, we’ve had fewer manual follow-ups and much better visibility into learner progress.

**What do you like best about Gyde?**

I like Gyde because it provides real-time accurate solutions, which is particularly valuable for assisting our Field Executives with their login journey. The assist mode, which offers guidance for specific sections, stands out as especially good. The initial setup of Gyde was very easy.

**What do you dislike about Gyde?**

I find the linear mode of providing solutions problematic when Gyde fails if selectors are not found. This can definitely be improved.
