We can create different courses, then the day-wise curriculum can be designed. In the curriculum, we can add learning content such as reading material, videos, and assessments. Also, the admin can track the learning progress of learners in percentage, also the time spent by learners on each content. **What do you dislike about UpsideLMS?** Importing questions for assessment is a bit difficult. If a learning path is created and if it's not private, it will be visible to all the learners. Most LMSs are too cumbersome and time-consuming to manage. It has all the features I need, and is at a great price-point. I also love the fact that UpsideLMS continues to improve their SaaS LMS, so multiple times a year there are new features released that we can really benefit from. They also listen well to their customers and take action and don't say 'thanks for the feedback, we'll put it on the list' - they actually make it happen. The recent large UI upgrade we knew was going to be big deal for our many customer portals, so we suggested that they implement it so that we can control the roll-out on a portal by portal basis, which now we are able to do - that's a huge deal! It really makes me appreciate what an extraordinarily customer-focused company they are. **What do you dislike about UpsideLMS?** I spin up a separate portal for each of my customers, so I would like a greater ability to report across portals, but in the grand scheme, this is not a big deal. **What problems is UpsideLMS solving and how is that benefiting you?** I am essentially using it white-label and reselling individual portals to my customers. The architecture of a central management hub with easy-to-create and populate portals is the perfect match for my business model. It makes customer security and autonomy easy to achieve, and the whole thing just works well.
