Upside is super easy for administrators to start using. Most LMSs are too cumbersome and time-consuming to manage. It has all the features I need, and is at a great price-point.

I also love the fact that UpsideLMS continues to improve their SaaS LMS, so multiple times a year there are new features released that we can really benefit from. They also listen well to their customers and take action and don't say 'thanks for the feedback, we'll put it on the list' - they actually make it happen. The recent large UI upgrade we knew was going to be big deal for our many customer portals, so we suggested that they implement it so that we can control the roll-out on a portal by portal basis, which now we are able to do - that's a huge deal!
