"Essential for Workflow Efficiency and Accurate Information"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

The best part about Guru is how seamlessly it fits into my daily workflow. Having instant access to verified, up-to-date SOPs and troubleshooting guides—without needing to leave my current tab or dig through old documents—saves me a huge amount of time and lets me resolve customer cases much faster. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

As the knowledge base grows, search results can sometimes feel cluttered. If older cards aren’t consistently archived or tagged properly, it can be a bit tricky to filter out outdated information. That occasionally slows me down when I’m trying to find the exact guide I need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The search bar sometimes can not recognize what we are looking for specifically and even if we type exactly what we need it doesn't show what we need. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"The Go-To Knowledge Base for Quick Answers"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I really like Guru because it's super simple to use and it's like my best friend when it comes to finding information quickly. It brings up answers right away, which is essential, especially if I'm in a time crunch. The Guru card gives me answers like immediately and ensures I can complete tasks faster than waiting for agent support. I always have the tab open, and the search bar is great for finding what I need, even if I just type a few letters of the topic. It's like having a virtual AI or agent support at my fingertips very easy to use, and the immediate access to information is invaluable, especially when working late at night when nobody else is available. "Flawless Knowledge Management Experience"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like how Guru makes the experience easier for us, and the navigation through it is easy. The idea of hyperlinks programs in there is great as it makes sharing easier, whether in note cases or to share it with team members, which helps me. Also, the head titles are very informative making the main category more visible for us. The initial setup was so easy, as I got from my training. I also think it's pretty good overall because it's nearly perfect. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

maybe sometimes there will be lots and lots of information without coloring or anything so it being a bit confusing Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"A fast and user-friendly knowledge platform with room to grow"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I really appreciate Guru’s agility and ease of use. Creating and editing cards is simple and intuitive, which makes documenting processes and sharing knowledge across teams much faster. The interface is clean and straightforward, and collaboration is seamless. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

wish there were more formatting and customization options when creating cards—especially for tables and text editing. Dropdowns are useful but reduce the available space significantly when images or tables are added. It would be great to have the ability to schedule a specific day and time for publishing a card. Also, the homepage could show favorite or followed cards with notification icons, similar to message alerts (e.g., “3 followed cards were updated”). For announcements, it would help to have more character space and the option to bold keywords for better emphasis. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Guru Enhances Task Management but Lacks Brevity"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

I like that Guru sends notifications when someone updates a policy or section, allowing me to read and understand the changes. Plus, I can easily alert the author about having read the updates. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

I would love to see Guru not be as lengthy. Maybe there could be more graphs, photos or flow charts, so you can get a quick visual review. Guru's great, but it is very detail oriented and can be lengthy with the information that you're downloading. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"Automated Verification Keeps Our Knowledge Repository Trustworthy"
5/5
What do you like best about Guru?

What I like best is the automated verification workflows. Instead of the content becoming obsolete, the platform enforces ownership by prompting subject matter experts to re-verify knowledge on a set schedule. This maintains a highly trustworthy repository for our support specialists directly inside our communications tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Guru?

The card-based UI/UX is overly rigid for long-form technical documentation, causing fragmentation. Additionally, onboarding new users is difficult because the advanced search requires highly precise keywords, often leading to initial navigation frustration and steep adoption curves. What do you dislike about Guru?

What I dislike about Guru is that sometimes a few features could be more customizable and detailed. While the interface is clean and simple, advanced options or deeper settings would make it even more powerful for experienced users. Also, adding more integrations and improving occasional loading speed in certain sections could enhance the overall experience. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
