**What do you like best about Guru?**

I used Guru with a previous client to assist their customers with their online orders. For me, Guru has been very easy on the eyes, making things visually appealing. It is very user-friendly and easy to navigate.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

There was nothing in particular that I disliked about the program, as it was a pleasant experience for me, to put it mildly.

Guru has been by far the best program to use for a clients knowledge base to house information about the company and how to help the clients customers.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

I love that all the things I need are right there in Guru. I am able to ascess it so easily and know that it is a source of truth where all things can live. It has been really easy to show employees where to look for things and use the search feature! Being able to hop on and acess the information consistently is so helpful to achieve all tasks.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Nothing Guru is incredible! I have nothing poorly to say about Guru's platform, Guru has thought of everything!

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A source of truth for all employees to access and find documents. Have also move our onboarding to Guru which is so helpful for employees to access the information immediately and not have to send them on a hunt to find the info.

I don't dislike anything about GURU. It provides a clear and easy to follow information.

Guru helps resolve accounts and payment issue for customer. It also have all the troubleshooting steps needed for every issue.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

We chose Guru because of its intuitive and modern interface. We love that it integrates with just about every tool and meets people where they work. I also felt like the team supporting us from Guru on the sales and account management side were very helpful, but honestly, it's such a simple tool, that we didn't need too much support for implementation. The implementation process was pretty straightforward and the rollout went as smooth as possible. My favorite part about Guru is that they are constantly developing new features. My favorite is Ask Guru, the AI feature.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

I have yet to find something I don't like about Guru.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We had fragmented information everywhere: emails, internally hosted server, MS Teams, etc. Having Guru brought everything together in one accessible spot that people can view on the go.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

Guru is very easy to use. 

It has an intuitive and pretty design (which is something I pay attention to a lot!) and is also very simple overall. I had no issues learning how to use it. One thing I appreciate very much is that when you click on a link it opens a pop-up within the same window you are using, it doesn't redirect you to another page or open another tab. We use it for documenting workflows within our project and it's my go-to reference anytime I need to check something when in doubt.

Nothing to dislike, though I wish there was a dark mode option.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We use Guru for documentation and I appreciate how easy it is to navigate on the platform and find the article I need when I'm looking for it.

One of the main things that stand out about Guru is the use of Guru AI. This is a great feature that simplifies the process of finding information. It is simplistic and accurate. Also, the fact that you can integrate Guru with other apps such as Google and Slack for easy interrraction. I use Guru everyday in my workplace and I don't think they could have done it any better.

I have not come accross any problem or downside since I started using Guru.

As a Knowledge Base, Guru helps me understand and answer customer enquiries. Everyday is a learning day with Guru, by suggesting related cards and so much more. I also can favourite items/cards to refer to later. It is a great resource that makes my work all the way easier.

I've enjoyed my experience using Guru! I enjoy the ease of access and how well it integrates/supports my work as Customer Support. We use it daily.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

The only gripe I have that should be looked at is the feature that shows us the guru card maker's updates. When an update is done on a guru card, a rectangular view appears from the admin saying "updates are ..."  with a button to click I've read it. The view itself looks good and I enjoy the feature, but it doesn't go away apart from a simple condense. Despite that, it blocks my view of the card and makes it harder to see.

I feel very confident using Guru, since it's really easy to find what I'm looking for. Also it's easy to add new content, or implement new sections. This help the customer suport team as they have to use it on the day to day tasks.

As a work knowledgebase that I use on a daily basis, I like how Guru organizes information into chapters, and bits/cards which makes it easy to use. Also the ability to group the cards and make a list for easy reference is a great feature. Secondly, the integration of Guru AI makes it easy to pinpoint information by doing the search for the user, and citing the source cards.

I haven't has any downside do far since I started using Guru.

I use Guru in my workplace as a CS specialist. It helps me handle a lot of customer enquiries on the day to day to answer/solve customer issues. This has improved my efficiency and saves me a lot of time.

The AI tool is really helpful. It integrates with Slack so well and helps make it easy to import previous tribal knowledge by syncing with existing FAQ channels as knowledge sources. Coming from a place where we didn't have a good starting spot, this pushed us forward and gave our process documentation a launching point.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Our support team uses a shared log in for a lot of services, but this wasn't possible with the slack integration. Factor that into pricing when making a decision. It's still worth it in my opinion.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Centralizing and distributing previous tribal knowledge that was at risk of being lost. Removed a bottlekneck of a high growth team feeling the need to constantly ask C-Suite employees questions that had previously been answered. Removing redundant sources of information that was fragmenting answers to common questions and making the customer experience non-uniform.

I really like the modern look and youthful interface of the system. It's very easy to use, which makes the work faster and more enjoyable. I also love working with images, especially because it's very easy to resize both images and tables directly within the platform.

The character limit for the announcements is somewhat restricted, with only 350 characters available, which can make it challenging to include all the necessary information clearly.

Guru is super easy to use and has made a huge difference in my day-to-day. I can quickly find the info I need without digging through docs or asking around. It just works — simple, intuitive, and really helpful.

Haven't had  any issues with it, so nothing negative to say so far.

There isn’t much I dislike about Guru, but I have noticed that the platform can sometimes lag when there’s an overload of Guru Cards. It would be great if the platform could streamline or prioritize content when there’s a large volume of information, to maintain its usual speed and responsiveness.

The tool is excellent. The way it's organized is neat, it's clean and goes straight to the point in a way that you can't get lost in it. The AI powered assistance is perfect for when you don't know what to look for and it gives you the related articles or cards so you can read the source material with no problem. For Shopify, even though I'm only starting in the company, I already see myself using this most of time, unlike other campaigns where you rarely use the Knowledge Base after a certain amount of time.

Nothing. Coming from an account where we only had a disorganized Sharepoint for the information where the search feature was very limited, this is perfect.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

With my time using Guru I see the great potential it has to keep a whole team updated and coordinated, with it's tabs well organized and constant updates by the incessant work our team puts through. Being able to fact check on the go and even having embeds on the workplace tools, it makes for quick and easy consulting. We need to be looking for guideline/service updates all the time, but Guru makes it easy to keep us informed by having cohesive tabs and also a 'New Cards' tab.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

It needs a dark mode, for starters. We use Guru too frequently to be left out on a convenient and easy way to help us keep working many hours, regardless if working from home or office. Guru is easy to update with new information, but I do wish more designers and typography reviewers would give it more love, because sometimes the information isn't easy to understand or isn't well organized, causing ambiguity and confusion on thorough guidelines. I also very much like being able to comment on the Cards on the go, but we could help our main Guru team by writing comments for them to check out and keep helping our team with real time, on the go feedback.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I work on Customer Service on an e-mail LOB, so Guru benefits me greatly by helping us keep up with the new guidelines, services and possible issues that arise on a workday. I can see that it's being constantly reviewed and revised, by seeing the new efforts the team makes to even revise old cards and help keep them concise and easy to read, and that helps significantly reduce our service times, also increasing the customer satisfaction, because we can service our customers faster and with certainty on the companies processes. Guru and many forums alike have really opened my mind how much a knowledge base that is maintained by a whole team can help more than our own company, but also our end product costumers.

The ability to collaborate with past members and future members. It's like if a researcher could pick up where a previous one left off. It's very simple to use, especially for a large team.

It allows you to ask questions without bothering anyone, allowing collaborators to use it as many times in a day, integrate it into your daily workflow, etc. without having to be bothersome to anyone else.

The popups are not the smartest - the ability to maneuver and manipulate them would be helpful

There are many procedures in place that keep our company running like a well oiled machine. We could spend weeks training every single member on every topic, just for people to forget it and ask questions. Instead of wasting time with that, one can simply look up procedures, past experiences, etc. easily.

Learning how to use Guru takes some times and at first it is difficult to find the information needed, around the 2nd to 3rd month of using it, it becomes easier as at that time I learned how to use key words to find the information I need.

The product I work with has a lot of different process (right now it has 21343 cards), Guru help us to make the process of finding specific information much easier, and with the implementation of AI answer it has been even easier. this lead us to reducing our times in searching information which help us work more efficiently.

What I like the most with Guru is you can just enter a keyword and it will display all cards related to the keyword you typed in. We use it everyday so memorizing all the cards is pretty hard, but locating the right Guru cards help us find the information we needed easily.

It would be helpful if we can have a tab or area where we can view cards that was added or modified on a specific date. It would help us go back on what cards are added instead of viewing one card at a time to check when was it modified or added.

We use Guru to check the process applicable for our customer's issue. It help us review what we needed to do and what we needed to follow in line with our company's protocol.

The most helpful thing that the Guru does is it's easy to navigate. We can use a keyword to pull up the right Guru card.  We can easily check the updates that we have on the main page of Guru. It's super user friendly and we highly recommend it for other groups. We actually use it on a daily basis. It's a lot of help for us customer support.
