Singular source of truth for multiple departments - it's nice to say "look in Guru" with the confidence the answer lives there.
Verification workflow is easy and helps keep content up-to-date and trustworthy over time.
Powerful search function that surfaces relevant cards quickly.
Aesthetically pleasing!

None. I encourage everyone in our department to use Guru early and often.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is the "one-stop-shop" element that saves us. Guru helps solve the challenge of inconsistent messaging across my team and other adjacent teams by giving us a single, trusted place for content. It cuts down time wasted searching for information and makes onboarding new reps faster and more self-sufficient. Plus, the verification workflow ensures our content stays accurate and up to date, which builds trust across teams.

Guru is one of our tools in work that we always use if ever we're not familiar or we don't know how to resolve client's concern. We'll just pull up Guru and search the relevant issue and from there, an outlined guide and talking points is presented. Which help us serve our customers easily.

I can draft reminders and updates, finalize the drafts and go back to them at a later time when I'm ready to post the final details of the updates!

I love the features! Guru is user-friendly, and giving the authors some access to features that only we can access is a plus!

We used to have so many excel spreadsheets containing all the information and data we needed to disseminate to our Customer Service team daily. Now we only create cards and give the CS teams Guru card links!

I find the tool very easy to use. It gave good results when using the ? command at the end of a question, showing the answer provided by the AI ​​and at the same time showing the resources it relied on to provide that answer. The option to save gurus to favorites, so I can review them at any time was also very useful.

Sometimes the wait times could be a little long, but it wasn't something that happened all the time.

I can find the information I need for my customers in different cards, Also I can use the AI to ask questions about it and it will show me where it got the information from.

Sometimes the AI doesn't work correctly and shows a completely different card where there is no information about the question I made.

It helps me get information about processes I am not sure about or I need a refresh, so I can see everything quickly and avoid longer wait time for my customers.

Guru is a great platform with an intuitive design, easy to use, and I recommend it as your knowledge base for your product, especially when working in Customer Support processes. I use it everyday and it's become part of my work routine, as we keep up to date with any and all changes through it.

I wish Guru had the option to customize the app's appearance along with a Dark Mode option, to make it easier on the eyes.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

I love how easy it is to use Guru. The interface is clean and user-friendly, so even new team members can quickly get the hang of it. Setting it up was smooth, and it didn’t take much time to get started. We use it almost every day to find quick answers without having to ping each other. It really helps keep everyone on the same page. The customer support team is also very responsive and helpful whenever we have questions. I also appreciate how it integrates well with tools like Slack and Chrome — it fits right into our workflow.

Sometimes, keeping cards updated can feel like extra work, especially when things change fast in our company. I wish it had more smart suggestions to remind us what needs updating. Also, while there are plenty of features, a few of them take time to explore or are a bit hidden — maybe they could improve how features are presented or onboarded.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before Guru, it was hard to find the right information quickly — we were constantly asking in chats or digging through old docs. Now, everything is organized and easy to search. It saves us time, reduces repeated questions, and helps new team members get up to speed faster. Guru also makes sure our answers stay consistent across the company, especially for support and sales teams. The verification system is also great for keeping info accurate and up to date.

What I like the most by using GURU is how friendly user it can be, how much information and content that you could add and can find that will make our work much easier and to keep the information that will be helpful to other people as well. I like it because it contains significant information which is very helpful.

What I kind of dislike about it is how precise we need to be in order to find the certain article in GURU, it would be much easier if the information we are trying to find will show up even if we are just going to search it using a keyword.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

I like using guru because it is so easy to search the resolution every time that our members calling. I can easily type in the members concern and different cards will pull up where I can check the nearest answer with my members question.

I dislike is about checking if the card is verified or unverified. Much better if there is a pop up or reminder that the card is unverified and the last date when it was updated.

I have a benefit in using Guru because I can easily meet the KPI's or metrics we have in our department. Specially the calls per hour. I can resolve the concern of the member real time.

Guru is simple to use and makes it easy to post jobs and search opportunities and connect with freelancers. I use it regularly whenever i need extra help for short-term or specialized projects. It's gives easy to use interface with easy navigation, user can easily find the resources. and It integrates well with email notification. so i can keep track of updates without constantly checking the site.

Nothing dislike from my side all good, but slightly Freelancer search filter could be more refined.

It allows me to find skilled freelancers easily without spending couple of days. 
and i can manage contracts, Payments, and communication all in one place.

Guru really helps me a lot for all my transaction in assisting customer. Easy to navigate by just searching the key words. Easy to use and it loads all information you need. I always open it and pin it in my tools. Provide information to give to our customer's.

I don't encounter any issue yet in accessing the guru card.

I got a customer that need assistance in adding a package on her cruise and it's my first time receiving a call for that. I opened the guru and search how to add it in Cruise Line portal which is it guided me how to do it our system also with cruise portal and I was able to resolve the request of the customer.

Dislike in Guru, it needs to have a pop-up when the card is not verified or just a sign if the card is reliable or not.

As I said earlier, I can easily check the card where I can get the answer on my members concern also I can easily check the related topics because when I use the search bar, the related cards also pop- up. It really benefitting in my job because I can meet the metrics like CPH because I can easily resolve my members concern.

What I like about GURU is the unique feature that allows you to use it even on another website page. It has an extension that provides all the features of the official website, and it also has a floating window for the cards that you are using so you can drag it easily

Sometimes, the information can be too much on one card, but we can also provide our opinions about it by using the comment field located on each card. Overall, GURU is a great website

There isn't a dedicated folder for all billing, troubleshooting, POS concerns, etc., which makes searching on GURU quite time-consuming

**What do you like best about Guru?**

It's a really useful tool for archiving and accessing information regarding the company in cases where there are so many methods, tools, and documents that it could overwhelm users.
Thanks to its features, it can be really easy to use and allows you to search full questions, and it will try to search the best related information available, since I have to use it a lot through a week it helps in cases where you can go from not knowing much to becoming an expert in certain subjects.
It can easily integrate into the workflow of most companies and its really user-friendly, aside from having a vast support network and assistance with most features.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Sometimes it could give a better explanation that is shorter and to the point, since you need to quickly access information in a split moment.

It's helping to get into the right spaces for certain information and also giving you the full context needed to understand special cases and what can you do to fix them.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

Guru used to be phenomenal with integrations. At the click of a user's mouse, they can get all of the answers to their questions effortlessly, regardless of where they are in processes. Additionally, it is so easy to segment collections by teams, ensure information is verified and updated, and see all of the relevant analytics at a glance for user groups.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Account management has become very poor and negligent. Even as an admin, you cannot make adjustments to many settings unless you contact a member of Support, which takes a long period of time without useful answers, or the account manager. Settings are not clearly distinguished and adjustments to billing is essentially non-existent without additional escalation. The treatment of users and companies should be better.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guru solves knowledge transfers, creating a living resource for self-service and autonomy, and a training tool for new hires. I usually refer to it as "google for my support team."  This benefits my team by ensuring gaps in knowledge are not created and, for my remote team especially, it confirms our ability to provide resources to a team that is not in one location.

What I like best about Guru is how quick and easy it makes finding accurate info. Everything’s in one place, and it pops up right when I need it, no more digging through docs or asking around.

What I don’t like about Guru is that sometimes the info gets outdated if it’s not regularly reviewed, and it can be hard to know which card is the most up-to-date when there are duplicates.

Guru solves the problem of scattered or hard-to-find information by keeping everything organized and accessible in one place. It helps me work faster and answer questions confidently without needing to ask someone or dig through multiple tools.

The Guru interface when searching using the correct key words will led you right away to the thing that you needed. The Guru updates are can easy to understand. You can easily locate new Gurus since it has notification on the announce on the right corner. You can saved the most commonly used Guru so you can easily access it when supporting customers. We use it on our daily work to support our customer and know the right way to do it. When you're in a situation where you don't know the answer for the customer, Guru will be there to guide you on how to support them.

You need to have specific words to type before you can get the correct Guru, the search engine of Guru needs to improve.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

Guru makes it easy to find quality knowledge cards quickly, it is very user-friendly, easy to update existing info, seamless to create new cards, and its SEO capabilities within our organization are great. Our knowledge team set up our knowledge base with ease and allow us to verify existing cards while also creating new ones. I am a daily user of this wonderful program for nearly 4 years. It allows me and our entire customer support team to provide better, more personalized, quality care to our clients at a growing volume photography software company.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Guru's browser extension sometimes does not work natively. It is also subject to a learning curve that takes time to digest and fully grasp. These are only minor hudles to go through however and do not really affect my experience.

**What do you like best about Guru?**

Guru has been a game changer for our team that delivers medical care both in person, and virtually. It has allowed everyone to be able to access the same information across all teams without having to find things that are up to date on Google Drive. It has given us so much more control over the way we communicate across teams, and has allowed for much better collaboration and sharing. We originally only implemented it for our patient facing teams, but now all of the teams on our company want it too! 

Guru was super helpful in making sure we were set up for implementation success, and have continued to offer helpful support in making sure we continue to improve the tool. I would highly recommend Guru to any team!

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

Like any tool, there is room for improvement. Unfortunately, we haven't been able to integrate Guru with our LMS effectively, so we struggle to make sure our trainings stay up-to-date.

We have appreciated Guru's ease of use, by far. It was also dead simple to migrate our existing knowledge base information from Confluence. Setup was extremely straightforward and transparent, and led to the quick uptake of the KB by all the teams in the company.

Customer support was (and continues to be) world-class—I cannot say enough about the attention to detail by Guru's CS teams. This alone was worth the cost of the product.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

As far as a presentation vehicle, Guru is fairly basic; but what I've since discovered is that Guru's functionality as a writing tool is highly underrated! Document composition and writing feels so natural in it. That said, it could have a bit more flexibility with document presentation.

Guru is centralizing an extremely important function in our company — being a single source of truth for all the regulatory compliance policy documents and statements that all our teams need to be on top of, on a daily basis.

I've been using GURU for more than 3 years under the role of Customer Support under a daily basis of use. You can easily select, group, edit, customize and favorite the cards to maximize team's productivity. It's of easy implementation and easy to integrsate with other Customer Support tools creating a nice productive tool and very adaptabl also.

I really find the lack of personalization a bit off. I mean, more themes, more colors and things as such. But being honest, this is not a downgrade of the tool in my eyes. It's just some optional ireelevant stuff.

Wehn working with Customer Support we need tro locate for workflows and templates to pass on to our Customers/users in order to deliver a high quality Customer support experience. Of all the tools that I used in my previous company, Guru Cards help me a lot as a Customer Support as it is precise and well coordinated with the questions and queries asked. Navigation wise is very good and the information and process to the certain problem we ask is very detailed. The Ease of implementation of the Guru card also provides a lot of specific questions to information that is very hard.

If there is one thing I dislike, it could be about the integration of specific usage and the need to gather more questions to provide data and support information. Bookmarks could also be visualized more as the frequency of use of the said Guru is always on the go.

If I had to name one it would be the manual adding of people to a collection, it would be great if everyone was added so they can be collaborators.

Guru has helped me immensely by providing resources for me to find categorized information at work.

Being able to quickly search for answers when memory fails is invaluable.
There are countless times where I've truly been saved by being able to come to Guru for quick answers while in a phonecall for example. It's very hard to multitask when a customer is talking to you, so having a place to go when there is no one to ask has been a life saver.

**What do you dislike about Guru?**

There are some times where the loading times have been a little bit sluggish, however I think that could be due to our own internet connection.
I have been able to click the search button once, but that could be something with my browser as well.

**What problems is Guru solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Guru solves issue where I need to find documented answers quickly.
It really cuts down on the amount of questions I have to ask superiors in my field and overall speeds up the process of answering customers.
