While many software companies charge hundreds of thousands of dollars and demand complex PLC integrations or exhaustive onboarding, Guidewheel eliminates these barriers. It's a scalable solution that delivers high value to companies of all sizes and budget levels. **What do you dislike about Guidewheel?** There are couple small pain points, but nothing like a larger software brings along. Unless the operators are careful, duplicate down time tags can be created, making your OEE appear artificially low. As Guidewheel grows and provides upgrades, these types of things are addressed and get better. **What problems is Guidewheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** Real insight into down time reasons and runnability/speed differences across shifts/operators. I love the fact that I can also assign our maintenance team work assignments through messages directly through Guidewheel. I can now track what work has been done on what machine and how long the downtime was. Guidewheel has also helped our company out by being able to troubleshoot our machines more efficently by finding trends of problems that may be reoccuring and to find the source of why the same problem is happening. I can do this by looking at past work assignments that have been tagged in the Guidewheel Software. I am thrilled that all of our work assignments can now be tracked easily through the software instead of having to much of a paper trail. In our company we have been able to also integrate safety alerts as well as quality checks and inspections. I love the fact that we have multiple meetings together as well as Guidewheel is really willing to listen to what our company needs are and to find a way to intergrate it into the system for us! Overall great service! We have a great connection with the Guidewheel team as well as communication which is our Company is number #1! Highly recommend!!! **What do you dislike about Guidewheel?** At this point working with Guidewheel for almost two years now I have no complaints. Everything that we ask of Guidewheel that might benefit the company Guidewheel always come prepared and works hard at making it happen. **What problems is Guidewheel solving and how is that benefiting you?** We are currently working with Guidewheel to intergrate PDF's and Jpeg's into the system so that we can add the remainder of our paperwork as well as to show pictures of before and after any kind of repairs that were performed on the machine and attached them to the actual work assignment. This will benefit our company in a huge way of moving all paperwork and become completely paperless. This will also benefit in being able to make sure that any kind of maintenance is being performed properly! ### 4. Additionally, the customer support provided is excellent. **What do you dislike about Guidewheel?** The item description should be included in the orders. This prevents confusion among users.
