Guidewheel has been an amazing asset to our company, I am able to see real live feed of all the machines running or not running in our plant no matter where I am. I love the fact that I can also assign our maintenance team work assignments through messages directly through Guidewheel. I can now track what work has been done on what machine and how long the downtime was. Guidewheel has also helped our company out by being able to troubleshoot our machines more efficently by finding trends of problems that may be reoccuring and to find the source of why the same problem is happening. I can do this by looking at past work assignments that have been tagged in the Guidewheel Software. I am thrilled that all of our work assignments can now be tracked easily through the software instead of having to much of a paper trail. In our company we have been able to also integrate safety alerts as well as quality checks and inspections. I love the fact that we have multiple meetings together as well as Guidewheel is really willing to listen to what our company needs are and to find a way to intergrate it into the system for us! Guidewheel Software is user-friendly, easy to implement, and seamlessly integrates with other software like Oracle. It has significantly improved our daily operations, with frequent use by our internal customers. The software helps us track the history of issues, production orders, uptime, energy consumption, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE). Additionally, the customer support provided is excellent.
