My favorite part of the platform isn't the platform - its the people who run it. They are responsive to feature requests and help you adapt the tool to your use case whenever possible. I bought the tool for creating and securely sharing guides internally to help the company transition to a new software platform and it's been perfect for building and sharing my knowledgebase(s). I believe I've only used half of Trainn's functionality and have found incredible value in what I've done so far. Not once has my support team asked me to change my needs to align with their tool, they changed the tool to align with my needs. My use case is not client education, but the platform is flexible enough that I can use it as an internal, employee knowledgebase and share our SOPs securely. The team at Trainn responded quickly to challenges I'd experienced or frustrations I had with the platform and, when needed, updated Trainn's functionality, updated it or tweaked my settings.
