What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

What do you dislike about GTM Advisors?

When we used them they were just getting off the ground and in the middle of hiring new people. We had to get used to new folks during the implementation phase but they ramped up quickly since they're former operators (not classic MBA consultants). Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

One of the most significant benefits of working with GTM Advisors has been the decrease in ramp time for our sales reps. Their training and coaching have been invaluable in getting new reps up to speed quickly, and we've seen a noticeable improvement in their performance.

The collateral the consultants produced for us has been the cornerstone of our sales efforts. Their attention to detail and strategic approach resulted in materials, based on interviews with our business leaders, that have been incredibly effective in communicating our value proposition and differentiating us from the competition. What do you dislike about GTM Advisors?

I am the only Revenue Enablement member on my team, so my short feedback is that there was a lot of coordination and communication needed externally and internally to produce results. What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

Working with Ryan didn't feel like a textbook, one-size-fits-all consult. He took the time to understand our unique business needs to make the methodology relevant and ultimately resonate with our reps. What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

LOTS of things, but a couple that float to the surface are: 1) structure- they lay the tracks while you drive the train which is great when youre hiring a ton of people into your org 2) expertise- they've run into most, if not all, problems I was facing and could speak to different ways to solve 3) They become your most trusted teammate- not just a consultant that you assign projects to.

I recently had the pleasure of working with the GTMA group over the last 6 months. This is the type of team and service that you don't realize how badly you needed them until you have a conversation with one of their team members. Their initial goal is to simply get to know you and your business, specifically, which was relieving to know that GTMA understands my problems and will work to solve for those vs. pitching me best practices. From the beginning, they were incredibly professional and knowledgeable in their understanding of our business and how to get us to the next growth phase. Overall, I was extremely impressed with the quality of work and level of expertise around GTM strategy/execution, and I would highly recommend their services for any business looking to improve their market share. What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

Working with Seth & GTM Advisors was incredible. They have a direct communication style in a way they won't sugarcoat things to make you feel better. They are in it for real change, real results. They were meticulous in their research of our company, sitting down with all levels across the business and were able to provide us with thoughtful and thorough assessments in less than 30 days. They are highly organized, have a solid process and can quickly build rapport across all business levels. I felt we were in excellent hands to make real change for the better. What do you dislike about GTM Advisors?

You can only get out of this engagement what you put into it. Genuine executive buy-in is crucial to GTM Advisor's success. What do you like best about GTM Advisors?

The diagnosis and prescription was very customized to my business (not just generic, plug and play consulting feedback)

All the targets and outcomes were outlined ahead of time to be measurable - which made an ROI outcome very easy to define and measure against.

I also appreciated that there was a level of pragmatism in their approach - not just saying "well, the book says..." but really digging in deep to understand my unique business needs - many times the 'Book answer' is a good one, but there can be 5-10% context differentiation that makes your exact use case slightly unique. What do you dislike about GTM Advisors?

I would have liked to get more coaching for my front-line team directly from the GTM team - I understand a 'train the trainer' scaled approach but having them show me what good looks like on that front (and then letting me pick up the ball and run with it) would have avoided some time to learn on the job.
