I really like that the support team is always there to help if needed, and they’re quick to respond, usually within 24 hours, whenever an issue comes up. It’s a relief knowing that I have that kind of backup. Using GrowerIQ, I’m able to focus more on my craft without getting bogged down by compliance and tracking issues. From the Sales cycle to BAU GrowerIQ as a company has been extremely helpful and attentive to all discussions and request from our business. Finding addtional value adds to differentiate from the competition such as using providing GACP certified SOPs, utilizing their vast network to connect our business to others etc. Really set GrowerIQ apart from the competiton and ultimately the ongoing support from their Customer Success Managers have helped us continue the strong relationship and ongoing support for record keeping for our business.

Very simple user interface issues such as not being able to open new tabs from the table function. Table views can become very cluttered and are not consistent across all modules.
