It has become an essential tool in our daily work, which is used simultaneously by more than 100 people from different areas and competencies. Its editor for the creation, management and publication of content is extremely simple and powerful and allows us to create websites, microsites and landing pages with complete autonomy. It integrates with other external platforms such as CRM, ERP and analytical tools. Finally, I would like to highlight the impeccable customer service offered by the product, attending to all our needs. **What do you dislike about Griddo?** I do not find any negative aspect to highlight **What problems is Griddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The list of advantages provided by Griddo is long: - The most important is that since it has an integrated Design System, it has brought coherence and solidity to our brand. The communication and marketing team can work with all its modules autonomously and play with the hundreds of configuration possibilities they offer. - It allows us to publish news, events, institutional and product content in a very powerful way. - The management of roles and user permissions has had an essential impact on the internal work process. Many people can maintain the contents of the university without fear of losing information. - We see Griddo as a reliable and secure platform from day one. - We have improved our conversion processes thanks to the ease of creating and managing product landings. - And the interaction with our community has improved, with clearer information, many points of contact and a much more modern image. ### 2. We use it every day in our website's ecosystem, and it has become a useful and indispensable tool in our work. Thanks to its flexibility, powerful built-in resources and ready-to-use functionality, we have reduced our time to market by 90%. We are able to publish our news, events and new product progress in a matter of minutes During the implementation process, it was really easy to integrate with Salesforce through the Information Request forms via API hence allowing us to access any external database and synchronize this information, which is a huge difference for this type of solution as I might recall. The product support turns out to be quite agile and open to improvements. In fact, every month they add new features to the platform, some of them have been extremely useful, such as the use of AI for automatic translations and SEO content creation. Indeed, from the SEO point of view, we have total control over tags, content hierarchy, page loading times, image management and Google schema creation. Finally, I would highlight its security. We feel much safer than when we were using WordPress, as it is not necessary to incorporate external plugins. Griddo, within a very short amount of time has demonstrated it is becoming a key platform in our growth strategy for the coming years. **What do you dislike about Griddo?** At first it was a challenge to adopt the platform as we came from WordPress and some concepts changed radically. But in a few weeks we began to understand its power and the improvement has been abysmal. **What problems is Griddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** The arrival of Griddo in our organization has solved many problems: - It has drastically reduced the time to market when publishing content. If we decide to open a campaign or create a new product, the only thing that keeps us from publishing is writing the content; the rest is a simple and quick task. - It brings coherence to our brand, as it is powered by a design system that defines all the rules of use and does not allow any area of the organization to diverge from it. - It adapts to our organic workflows, with a very powerful management of users, roles and permissions. We can have all the users we want working in parallel without fear of losing information. - It allows us to unify our websites with conversion-oriented landing pages. Everything is centralized from Griddo reusing modules, forms and components. - From the Communication Department we have total autonomy to do our work, since Griddo is a No-code tool. I highlight some of the most positive aspects: - Griddo is a potent platform that allows us to manage data of all kinds (products, news, events, professors) agile and fast. - It allowed us to create various Request for Information and Admission forms, connecting with our Data Warehouse. - We have been able to integrate both web and landing pages, using the same design system components. - It provides many functionalities that simplify the editing process, such as the ability to copy and paste modules into other pages or sites or the complete management of SEO parameters at the page and module level. - The loading of pages is very fast and we are getting exceptional results in Google Core Web Vitals. - I use it daily. - I'm happy with the service support. **What do you dislike about Griddo?** I don't see any negative aspects to the product. **What problems is Griddo solving and how is that benefiting you?** - It allows for different roles in the team to work on the web in a collaborative way without losing efficiency in the process. - Previously, creating content took a long time, and the result was not visually consistent. - Thanks to predefined styles and layouts, editorial and creative work is easier. - We have improved a lot in terms of performance and page loading. - Finally, we have gained in security.
