**What do you like best about Raise?**

You mean I can only name one thing I liked best??! Not easy, there are many. enabled me to organzie my work and establish needed follow up dates, easy to update files, make notes and tiely- accurate reporting back to our CRM. Would not have been able to surpass goals without Raise.

**What do you dislike about Raise?**

Not applicable. However, if I had to point to one issue, our staff didn’t use it consistently, so my disappointment was really internal to our organization. It also reflected a lack of leadership from the VP of Advancement, especially since they were the one who brought the product to the university.

**What problems is Raise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Organizing my daily workflow, information, and prior communications in one reliable, easy-to-use database.

**What do you like best about Raise?**

Raise/Gravyty ties directly to my email inbox and makes it easy to communicate with donors who have just given a donation recently or will be renewing within the next few months. It makes it much for manageable to reach out and stay in touch with our donors!

**What do you dislike about Raise?**

I've been using Raise/Gravyty for over a year. It would be helpful if Raise/Gravyty could create a few new "intro" emails that would help when contacting new donors for the first time.

**What problems is Raise solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Raise/Gravyty has helped me contact my first portfolio of mid-level donors and even allowed me to add a second group. It's super convenient and organized!

There are a lot of steps to manually overwrite prompts and get specific prospects to surface
