**What do you like best about ServiceBridge?**

The ease of use, fast setup, and quality of support. Its easy to use both for the back office and our technicians. It integrates easily with Quickbooks Online. There have been time where service is interrupted due to issues, but it is rare, and support usually is fast about resolving any issues. The pricing per user makes it the best option out there in relation to price/quality.

**What do you dislike about ServiceBridge?**

They recently forced their own payment processor on us. So now we have to log into one portal for any clients who's payment method was saved before we switched payment processors. Its tedious and we simply did not like not having a choice in the matter. Support is only available from 9-5 Central Standard Time, there have been times where their server crashes after 5pm, and it doesn't get resolved until the next day, its very rare, but when it happens its very frustrating.

**What problems is ServiceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps us process work orders easily. It helps get the work orders to our technicians almost instantaneously.

**What do you like best about ServiceBridge?**

How everything is straightforward, set up was a breeze. The support team is great a helping with any issues that may arise, I love the tracking feature that lets us know what job each tech is on. It is our main software that we use on a daily basis and it is very rare to have issues. When issues do arise, support is easy to contact and very helpful.

**What do you dislike about ServiceBridge?**

I dislike an update that automatically calculates sales tax. Quickbooks is integrated and however sometimes theres issues, and once something is is synched over to Quickbooks we need to edit in Quickbooks in order to make any corrections. Any edits in Service Bridge will not overwrite Quickbooks. Sometimes it can be time consuming.

**What problems is ServiceBridge solving and how is that benefiting you?**

They integrated a payment processor that has helped streamline charging customers, we can send them payment links via email or SMS message.
