
The ease of use, fast setup, and quality of support. Its easy to use both for the back office and our technicians. It integrates easily with Quickbooks Online. There have been time where service is interrupted due to issues, but it is rare, and support usually is fast about resolving any issues. They recently forced their own payment processor on us. So now we have to log into one portal for any clients who's payment method was saved before we switched payment processors. Its tedious and we simply did not like not having a choice in the matter. Support is only available from 9-5 Central Standard Time, there have been times where their server crashes after 5pm, and it doesn't get resolved until the next day, its very rare, but when it happens its very frustrating.
