**What do you like best about GotLiveChat?**

The most liked thing about gotlivechat is that they provide various service on increasing sales ,and also offer wide range of support toe commerce , auto motive ,technical , web hosting , web hosting , call hosting &search engine optimisation copanies

**What do you dislike about GotLiveChat?**

least helpful was they can focus on giving local support to the required customers .
the downside of the GotLiveCat was that they could have build there website much more dynamic and effectively , there web site is also not secure by the way , need to purchase SSL certificate .

**What problems is GotLiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

there are solving majorly on web hosting , web designing ,e commerce , technical & automotive companies . GotLiveChat has been helpful to me in web designing and web hosting .

I appreciate the user-friendly interface of gotLivechat, which simplifies the messaging experience. The product facilitates quick and easy communication, with seamless support for mobile usage and timely notifications, enhancing the overall fluidity of communication.

Consideration must be given to certain drawbacks, such as limited automation capabilities and customization options.

2. effective communication by providing a user-friendly interface 
3. Facilitates interaction between us and our customers.

I like overall this product. it has best integration part. it is best for live chat based customers. it is best for e-commerce industries. It's interface is easy to navigate. Support is also responsive provides a quick solution. It  has best customization facilities.

this product is overall good there is nothing such as dislike. this product has multiple chanels, customization, automation, and data tracking of customers

**What problems is GotLiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It is solving seller and buyer problems. those customers are unable to reach the experience center where they are using this features. They are getting products without spending his time in travel  or whatever.

It is well designed and user friendly and provides an array of options to address any concerns. It rarely encounters any problems.It is incredibly user friendly. I have no complaints about the software itself except that it can feel a bit impersonal.

**What do you dislike about GotLiveChat?**

Im not a fan of the pop up window that can be easily overlooked leading to missed interactions with visitors.The tool lacks customization options for defining queries.

**What problems is GotLiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

GotLiveChat tackles the problem of effective communication head on. With its user interface it enables interaction, between us and our customers. This has resulted in increased sales.

GotLiveChat is highly regarded for its ability to engage with users in time which greatly enhances the user experience. Its live chat feature offers assistance encourages interaction and efficiently resolves issues resulting in customer satisfaction and business growth.

With GotLiveChat there may be technical glitches, a potential shortage of support staff during non peak hours and some delays in response times.

GotLiveChat effectively fullfil the need for customer service and communication, on websites. It enables my company to promptly respond to client inquiries while significantly enhancing the user experience provided by this platform.

*What do you like best about GotLiveChat?The best part about GotLiveChat is, it helps organizations to keep everything intact in one place rather then having a saperate conversation for each query/concern.

**What do you dislike about GotLiveChat?**

Personally, I have not find any thing that I can say that I dont like, as it has been designed perfectly and user friendly too, however, sometimes users say that they are facing issues toggling between chats.

**What problems is GotLiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helps my ecommerce organization to interact with the visitor through the small pop up on the bottom right, and also helps them to provide live support and resolving their queries.

it helps to connect with client more efficiently without making calls. Personalized interactions with clients aslo able to viewprevious interaction with client.

The tool gets hang which creates isue in chatting with client & at end up without resolving the issue.

It benefit agents to use the tool as we are able to resolve the queries of client quickly. Also helps to know the previous chat as well. Helps to take qucik decision & resolve on time.

GotLiveChat is being implemented here and there throughout our school that we can interact directly with people who have questions, rather than going through long, tedious email threads

**What do you dislike about GotLiveChat?**

It feels a bit impersonal, but as far as the software itself goes, I have no complaints.

**What problems is GotLiveChat solving and how is that benefiting you?**

The most beneficial thing is being able to directly and quickly answer questions, and it is easy for the person on the other end to gain your trust because they know you are straight from the company, and not just a computer or automated system
