goodmeetings Reviews & Product Details

The Goodmeetings platform is easy to use and can be embedded within the existing workflows. The Notetaker captures all our Zoom meetings and makes them accessible in the platform's meetings library segment. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing, it's really very awesome so far. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The highlight feature is something we use most often. Also, the transcription quality has improved a lot over the last few months. In general, it is pretty easy to capture meeting data for the whole team to access. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

It is mostly easy to use. But would love to see some more personalization options. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Goodmeetings allows sales managers to join in sales calls if any need arises. We can join in incognito mode without letting the prospect know. It is like helping your sales reps in real-time yet giving them the ground to perform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Though we really like the sales coach feature, it would be great if there were more tools to collaborate with the sales reps during the call. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Our team loves how seamless and stable the platform is. We can ask our prospects to join in via a link. No app download or installation is needed. The rep can also record the real-time location of the prospect automatically via the platform. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Hubspot integration could be sharper. We would also like to see an integration with various internal tools. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The concept of organizing meetings into a library and mining the text for hits and misses is useful when trying to retrieve and review a large set of meetings. The transcription quality is better than most free & freemium tools in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

No significant drawbacks, it's just we require multiple workspaces for different teams and that's a little cumbersome. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have been using the platform for a while, and we are impressed with the platform's stability. It is super easy to conduct a meeting, and the insights are like a cherry on the cake. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

At times low network messages crop up for a participant, which is distracting. We are hopeful that future updates will resolve this UX issue. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We take customer onboarding very seriously as it impacts the conversion of trial and license renewal. Customer onboarding as a segment alone requires intensive handholding. The Video recording feature within Goodmeetings is very handy and the quality is impressive. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing critical issue we came across, however, we believe that the auto transcription quality can be improved but is still at par with other available tools in the market. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

- The video call playlist (with relevant meta-data such as customer ratings, transcripts, and highlights) is super useful in filtering out good calls and sharing them with the new team for training purposes.

- The ability to view all active calls ongoing at any point in time and join as a coach (in incognito mode) is very important for managing our sales training process. On one hand, it increases the confidence of new sales reps to tackle calls. On the other hand, managers need to dedicate time and jump in for only those calls where they are needed. Nothing to dislike per se. Yes - there’s something that they can definitely take up in product dev. Currently, the coach feature allows for one way communication from the coach to the sales rep via text. It would be great if coaching patterns can be identified and such guidance can be given by system generated prompts/cues. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The platform's call analytics feature is a boon for the sales teams and even more for sales leaders. The call analytics feature helps review and benchmark sales calls effortlessly.

Where did our clients speak the most?

Was there anything that our sales reps missed during the demo?

Did clients mention keywords like budget, cost, and integration during the demo?

Goodmeetings allows us to get an answer for all of such questions Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There is nothing that seems critical, though we feel that certain technical glitches can be resolved. For example, there have been instances when our clients who use the Safari browser faced a few issues, but this is again because Safari is very restricted in granting permissions. These issues won't matter when Goodmeetings comes with its own app which is already in the pipeline. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We have diverse types of customers, and we need to review meeting recordings. When we used conventional video conferencing tools, we had to create folders manually. The Goodmeetings platform presents all the recordings in a video library format. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Nothing specific but it will be helpful if we can view the recordings at 2x speed. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
