Goodmeetings has been helpful for us to rate our Sales calls by recording and providing valuable insights like talk-to-listen ratio, meeting summary and Accurate meeting transcripts. The meeting transcripts has helped us take down notes post the call which enables us to be fully engaged with our customers during the call

One thing I dislike about Goodmeetings is that it does not enter few meetings due to technical glitches and that makes it difficult to record calls or take notes

GoodMeetings has eliminated the need to record meetings separately and has helped our sales reps updated their notes after every single call.

I used the tool as an AI notetaker. I was very impressed by the quality of summaries as well as the action items. Saved a ton of time that would have gone in manually transcribing notes. Also helped being more present in conversations because I knew that the notetaker was taking notes.

The tool could add more support for functions beyond sales. One aspect is the integration with certain CRM platforms could be enhanced for seamless data transfer.

Goodmeetings is solving the problem of taking notes and creating action items from a meeting. This is helpful to me because using the tool makes my meetings more productive and action-oriented. I am able to get these advantages while being more present in the meeting, since I don't have to worry about taking manual notes myself.

Even If I am not available during the sales calls, I can log in later to know where the sales folks can be upskilled and the challenge points highlighted by the prospect. On top of it, the team understood the foundational essence of a sales call i.e. talk to listen ratio & cracked the simple but most effective code.

I will be the first one to report if I come across any.

The major problem is when you start handling a sales team:
1. You cannot be present on every sales call to understand the sales rep's skill set and the insights the prospect shares.
2. You have to develop a sales playbook that the new joiners can use.

I absolutely love how easily I can record meetings, track them and analyze them to reflect back on my performance. The fact that I am able to do this for each meeting is noteworthy. As I often refer back to the meeting recording, maintaining timely follow-ups is very easy.

Nothing critical to dislike. I wish that the Highlighting is available in-meeting as well. That would be very useful.

The post-meeting highlighting feature is a problem solver. Earlier, I had to rely on manual notes to keep a tab on essential parts. Now the team and I can just review the highlights of the calls especially if the previous meeting with the prospect happened some time back!

The platform is a valuable resource for us in enabling that all credit underwriting (and sales)  calls follow the defined processes. Managers can assess junior reps and know exactly where they missed through the keyword hits and missed features.

There is nothing to dislike yet .Sometimes, the customer can struggle to join the meeting. Though this is primarily related to poor network issues beyond anyone's control, there is a scope to improve the onboarding experience.

In our nature of business, vital information related to prospects' financial and business health is ultra important. Further course of action depends upon the information collected. 
Therefore, we have to make sure that all sales reps collect every bit of information during the call. We can do that through the platform. We know if an executive missed something vital in time. The platform also enables us to coach new junior reps effectively and on the job.

Each sales call for us is now a data-rich source that provides relevant insights. All thanks to Goodmeetings. The platform captures customer interaction data and sales rep data in real-time during the call. This helps us ascertain what works best for the clients and where we need to improve.

Nothing specific, however, we are hopeful that integrations with other CRMs will be rolled out soon.

Being a small team we usually run our reviews based on a few calls and this can be quite problematic but up till now this is how it was done. Goodmeetings finally gave us data that was relatively clean and consistent across sales calls. The hits and misses and key customer mentions clearly showed patterns in the performance of each sales rep regardless of experience.

The slack notifications are not customizable, and hence I have to remember the specific area where my team member needs to be coached

Being an individual contributor it's great to have the Goodmeetings bot in my zoom meetings to take notes and compare each pitch to my ideal pitch. Plus the key customer mentions feature helps me navigate the key points in the meeting before sending on follow on communication

There is currently no way to play the meeting recording inside slack, this causes me to move to a browser.

**What do you like best about goodmeetings?**

Before using Goodmeetings, it seemed as if we were doing sales calls in the dark. Ever since we started using the platform, we can analyse each call, and the platform empowers us with vital analytics. Earlier, there was no way to ascertain if our sales reps missed speaking something important during the demo, but now we can. The call analytics feature also helps us configure and highlight essential keywords during the call. This is quite valuable in identifying customer sentiments, pain points, and right follow up areas.

We thoroughly compared and evaluated all the tools available in the market before investing in the Goodmeetings platform. There seems nothing critical to dislike, but we are also hopeful that analytics will get more advanced once it is deeply integrated with our CRM.

We have been doing remote sales even before the pandemic began. However, with the onset of the pandemic, the volume of sales calls especially on video increased exponentially. Further, besides remote sales, even sales coaching turned remote. We realised that with the remote arrangement it was getting difficult for sales managers to coach sales reps and identify what crucial points they were missing during the demo. Goodmeetings call analytics helped eliminate that issue as it gives you a report of all the hits and misses.

Creating a standardized sales call-template and making sure everyone follows it is a more tedious task than remote sales. Goodmeetings allows adhering to the template easily. I and the team can monitor where we spent enough time and where we fell short.

The meetings library is a great feature, however, it will be really great to have a filtering mechanism wherein we can filter calls if they get too many.

Yes, I would recommend this product to teams that sell remotely or instances where follow-ups happen over video calls.

Earlier, we had no data to help us identify the areas wherein we could improve. Now we know. 
We can learn the segments wherein we spent too much time or if we did it in a haste, and if we were inefficient. 
I, as a team leader, can make sure all vital concepts are explained well. For example, we make sure that we outline our pricing models and the various subscription categories. 
All I need to do is just configure similar keywords across calls, and I will get a keyword occurrence report after each meeting.

Currently, we highlight when we review the meeting, it will be helpful if we are able to do so in real time during calls.

The Goodmeetings Notetaker easily integrates with my Google calendar. All meetings are now captured, and we can view them in the meetings library. We can review, comment and search within transcripts.

Not much. I would like to see more integrations in the future.

Recording Zoom meetings was a hassle earlier because we had to create special recording repositories and maintain those. Goodmeetings has changed that, and not to forget the collaboration features it provides. I can also highlight important parts for my marketing and sales enablement teams, and they can refer to those parts to create relevant support collateral.

With Goodmeetings, we can analyze all sales calls easily. The call analytics feature helps us know where sales reps missed. Further, every meeting is auto transcribed and recorded automatically. We can search within transcripts if we want to refer to any particular point within the meeting.

At times we need to fast forward the meeting recording by 2x or 3X speed. It is currently missing. Such a feature will be helpful. also, there is Contraint of network issues while there is a poor network Video got blurr or froze and also faces issues related to audio.

Meeting recordings are available in a short span of time and in an intuitive Youtube format. The meetings library provides a playlist of videos. Sales managers can filter sales calls via SDR names and review calls easily.  Also helped with more clarity and understanding of the User  Interface during one discussion or conference meetings.

Lead qualification is vital for sales success. The Q/A feature allows us to configure questions across sales calls and lets us ask questions during the first interaction or customer discovery call itself.

Q/A is a push integration, but we would also love the pull integration. It will allow us to directly call out the answers during higher-level calls. The good part is it is already in pipeline for the upcoming quarter(s).

Q/A feature lets us do lead qualification during the call itself. We get a lot of demo requests through our website. So hence lead qualification happens during the call itself. This also allows us to measure the quality of the lead and allocate it to suitable sales reps accordingly. 
Further, the Q/A feature supports push integration with the CRM, therefore there is no need to maintain extra records in the CRM.

We are able to obtain transcripts for non english speaking meetings with a high degree of accuracy. The transcription processing is relatively accurate for non english languages.

They only support 1 language at a time. This is a problem because we are trying to get early adopters from all across the globe and it is not possible for us to manually select a language before each call

Hiring and training new sales hires often takes a lot of time. The training program needed structure and direction. The platform allows us to do that effectively.

There is nill to dislike so far. but there should be some kind of structure and direction to make is better.

We can record our meetings without hassles. No need to record meetings separately. Call analytics helps us understand what we need to work on while talking to our customers. The platform is used by multiple teams and not just sales.

No downsides however at times we face issues in joining meetings when there is a low network.

The highlight feature is something we use most often. Also, the transcription quality has improved a lot over the last few months. In general, it is pretty easy to capture meeting data for the whole team to access.

Goodmeetings allows sales managers to join in sales calls if any need arises. We can join in incognito mode without letting the prospect know. It is like helping your sales reps in real-time yet giving them the ground to perform.

**What do you dislike about goodmeetings?**

Though we really like the sales coach feature, it would be great if there were more tools to collaborate with the sales reps during the call.

The tool gives us an overview of all the active ongoing calls. Sales managers can join in whenever sales reps need assistance. Allows us to provide support. The incognito mode is immensely useful as it does not hinders the main call. It is like sales managers can be the silent guardian angels of their team members.

Our team loves how seamless and stable the platform is. We can ask our prospects to join in via a link. No app download or installation is needed. The rep can also record the real-time location of the prospect automatically via the platform.

The Hubspot integration could be sharper. We would also like to see an integration with various internal tools.

We need a system that does not depend on app installation to deliver a smooth user experience and can provide us with a great deal of meeting intelligence.

The concept of organizing meetings into a library and mining the text for hits and misses is useful when trying to retrieve and review a large set of meetings. The transcription quality is better than most free & freemium tools in the market.

No significant drawbacks, it's just we require multiple workspaces for different teams and that's a little cumbersome.

There is nothing critical issue we came across, however, we believe that the auto transcription quality can be improved but is still at par with other available tools in the market.

- The video call playlist (with relevant meta-data such as customer ratings, transcripts, and highlights) is super useful in filtering out good calls and sharing them with the new team for training purposes. 

- The ability to view all active calls ongoing at any point in time and join as a coach (in incognito mode) is very important for managing our sales training process. On one hand, it increases the confidence of new sales reps to tackle calls. On the other hand, managers need to dedicate time and jump in for only those calls where they are needed.

**What do you dislike about goodmeetings?**

Nothing to dislike per se. Yes - there’s something that they can definitely take up in product dev. Currently, the coach feature allows for one way communication from the coach to the sales rep via text. It would be great if coaching patterns can be identified and such guidance can be given by system generated prompts/cues.

There is nothing that seems critical, though we feel that certain technical glitches can be resolved. For example, there have been instances when our clients who use the Safari browser faced a few issues, but this is again because Safari is very restricted in granting permissions. These issues won't matter when Goodmeetings comes with its own app which is already in the pipeline.

The difference the platform makes in standardising sales calls is noteworthy. It empowers us with crucial data on how our sales reps perform and what clients ask for most during the calls. These insights help us chart out an effective sales call process, and the platform again helps us ensure that it is followed.

Further, there is a feature where sales reps can configure keywords for the calls. Moments are highlighted whenever these keywords occur in any sales call. Sales reps can review and study these highlights after the meeting, and map out relevant follow up actions.

The video and audio quality is consistent, stable, and overall great. One great tool they have developed is the option to screen share a specific presentation without exposing the whole desktop. These details make the screen share experience much more professional than Zoom and Teams. Digital notes taken during the demos are also very helpful in preparing quick summaries and sharing them with the clients. Great product & customer support in case of any feedback or questions.

Goodmeetings is a promising video meeting intelligence tool. It allows orgs to understand reasons for outcome metrics (like conversions, retention) by enabling teams to work backwards by measuring inputs (meeting performance).

Love the AI-powered customer analytics which provides insights on customer behavior to help product and customer success teams to understand customers better, and also flag risks.

It’s a great tool for coaching and training as well. The meetings library with all meeting metadata, and the Coach feature helps onboard new resources faster.

**What do you dislike about goodmeetings?**

No major complaints. The product is evolving and the UI/UX is improving with every release. However, there can be refinements to design in terms of helpful tool-tips and walkthroughs to guide users through the many features and analytics options available, particularly first time users. The team is aware of this feedback and seeem to have prioritized release and fixes by next quarter. Looking forward to see how the self-help improvements pan out.

Product and Customer Success teams need to be joined at the hip and represent the voice of the customer, but often there is no data-driven approach to understand customers by analyzing meetings. Goodmeetings helps build and refine customer profiles by analyzing customer actions and behaviors during meetings. Repeated interactions with key customers can be analyzed and a general picture of typical behavior is built, and compared to recent interactions. Screenshare analytics is another feature to look at engagement metrics at a slide level. This helps in keeping net retention rates of key customers at 100%+


Another area of benefit is training and coaching for new hires. Game tapes of recordings of meetings with high ratings can be filtered easily and showcased to show what good looks like. The coach feature is helpful for managers to join in to meetings of early hires and coach them as they conduct their first customer onboarding, training sessions etc. Ramp-up times to full productivity of new hires reduce by as much as 50% in cohorts.
