In real estate business, one of biggest levers for success is sales productivity. While we had our own methods for gazing it in physical meetings, when the world shifted to video meetings during the pandemic, traditional lead mgmt tools felt inadequate - zoom video recordings were the only way. And it was super tedious - so much so that we left it altogether GoodMeetings recording library felt like a wish come true in that regard. It not only made it easy for us to know what worked and what didn't, it actually helped the sales teams to be on their best behavior and effort during the calls as they knew that it was now easy and possible to do a post mortem any time needed. Their video recording mgmt is by far the best i have seen in video meeting software - club it with the notes and you feel like super power to come to the next meetings. I think it allows me to think of investing in remote sales as a main stream thing and not a knew jerk reaction to covid. Their tool set makes me feel confident about it. **What do you dislike about goodmeetings?** think the UX of the product can be improved. It's loaded with lot of useful features while at times it can be a bit of a task to discover things. Hopefully their team will figure this out in time. Not a show stopper though I would prefer if their dashboard gets auto configured based on usage pattern :) **What problems is goodmeetings solving and how is that benefiting you?** Its giving us enough insights to think of remote sales as an efficient and above all scalable new channel. It's reducing our cost of reach to customers - we are able to reach 1.6X more customers than we were able to reach out to earlier. This has resulted in 20% additional warm leads. We are also able to get insights into our people performance on these calls which was almost impossible without it. Our next step is to test if we could do use this tool and manage with a remote sales teams in a low cost location. Minus goodmeetings, such experiments were hard and expensive and time consuming. In short, it is useful to increase meetings, conversions and experiment with changing cost of sale through driving sales teams from remote low cost locations. ### 7. It helps me be organized and schedule my follow-ups accordingly. I used to use other tools like Evernote or notepad for note-making, but the note-making feature within Goodmeetings makes everything easy. **What do you dislike about goodmeetings?** I feel that auto transcription can be better. If that happens, it will be handy to sales professionals like me who make exhaustive notes as better call transcriptions can act as notes themselves.
