Our brand has a very lean team, and GoodDay allows us to stay lean while still running a best-in-class inventory operation across ecommerce, wholesale, our storeS/pop-ups, returns, and incoming purchase orders. It connects the full flow from vendor and PO creation through split shipments, receiving, allocation, and sale, so we can quickly understand what we have, what is coming, what is committed, and what is truly available to sell. We’ve been on the platform for more than two years, and the leaps and bounds the product and team have made during that time are genuinely impressive. They continue to add meaningful capabilities, from stronger Google Sheets connectivity to AI and MCP tools, without losing the flexibility and usability that made GoodDay valuable to us in the first place. It gives our small team ERP-level visibility and control without the overhead of operating like a much larger company. **What do you dislike about GoodDay Software GoodDayOS™?** In the early days, it was clear that GoodDay was still actively building the product, which occasionally meant encountering bugs or workflows that did not feel fully finished. That could be frustrating when we were relying on it for important inventory operations. But after more than two years on the platform, we’ve had a front-row seat to how far it has come. It’s obvious the GoodDay team has sat in the brand operator’s seat before. When problems arise, they understand the operational impact, listen to feedback, and improve quickly. The platform is significantly more stable, capable, and refined today because of that approach. **What problems is GoodDay Software GoodDayOS™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** GoodDay is solving the fragmentation that comes with running inventory across ecommerce, wholesale, retail, returns, purchase orders, shipments, receiving, and allocations. It gives us a much clearer operational picture and helps a lean team manage inventory at a level that would normally require more people and a lot more manual reporting. The MCP connection into Claude is especially valuable. Instead of exporting reports, uploading spreadsheets, and repeatedly explaining how our data is structured, Claude can work directly with the live operational context in GoodDayOS. We can ask questions in plain English, investigate inventory issues, and build custom workflows around our actual data. The biggest benefit is leverage. It shortens the distance between having data and being able to act on it. GoodDayOS remains the operational system of record, while Claude becomes a much more capable interface for analyzing that information and helping our team make faster, better-informed decisions. ### 2. The interface is genuinely intuitive, and everything I need is only a few clicks away. It keeps our inventory, purchase orders, shipments, and wholesale orders organized in one place, rather than scattered across multiple spreadsheets. For a growing brand managing both DTC and wholesale, having that kind of visibility makes all the difference. **What do you dislike about GoodDay Software GoodDayOS™?** Since Goodday is a growing company, there are a few things that can take a little longer for them to create or update for us. That said, Goodday is always open to making improvements and trying to help as many customers as possible. **What problems is GoodDay Software GoodDayOS™ solving and how is that benefiting you?** One of the biggest things GoodDay solved for us is channel separation. Our inventory is clearly segregated between wholesale and ecomm, so wholesale orders aren’t quietly eating into what we’ve committed to DTC, and vice versa. When we do need to shift units from one channel to the other, it’s very easy to execute. And because everything lives in one place, GoodDay can calculate our available-to-sell at any moment—I don’t have to build it; I just pull it—which has been extremely helpful for our growing wholesale sales team. ### 3.
