## About Global Database Prospecting
Global Database sales &amp; marketing platform offers a large business directory, holding more than 80 million exhaustive business profiles across 195 countries. The platform is automatically updated on a daily basis. It allows users to follow preferred profiles (either companies or executives) and sends instant notifications once their information is changed (e.g. post or seniority level, contact info or any other data). There are over 100 filters available (by industry, SIC code, company size, revenue, seniority level, years of experience and many more), which allow users to quickly find the exact contacts they need. It allows users to download contact information in both CSV and XLS formats. Global Database can be integrated with your Salesforce account and other CRMs (Slack, amoCRM, Asana etc.), Marketing Automation tools (Oracle Eloqua, Zendesk, HubSpot, Marketo, Mailchimp etc.) and Sales Development tools (Salesloft, Outreach, Close.io etc.). For marketing and sales professionals, the platform is a great source of new and active leads, as well as an ideal solution for financial analysis, due diligence, compliance checks, business credit checks, and more. **What do you like best about Global Database Prospecting?**

They cover majority of companies and used for email campaigning across those countries. I got unlimited data export and direct email addresses, phone numbers with good quality. Good customer support in case needed. Most features are easy to use even for the first time. The data can be exported to different kind of file formats.

**What do you dislike about Global Database Prospecting?**

This cane be a bit expensive if you need to access a variety of countries. Not many self learning tutorials or help topics for a starter. There is also room for improvement according to the latest technology needs to cope up in the current market.

Provide some video tutorials for new users to get acquainted

We tried this for our campaign and got a great response from the emails we contacted. By far, this is the best platform available right now for email/phone campaigning.

I easily find the right decision makers that I need.
The perfect solution for those who want to extend their business.

The interface is not 100% intuitive so I had to watch a video explanation to understand how to use it correctly.

We spend less time for research. It is easier to find new partners and work with them by knowing the industry, number of the employees in the companies.

There are downtimes occasionally that last a few hours and make it hard to do work

It's worth giving it a try,  if you are looking to build your pipeline new sales leads.
Once you setup a subscription, new contacts will be added every single day so that you start contacting them straight away. 
However, before making the payment, check how much data they have for your target market.

**What do you like best about Global Database Prospecting?**

For 1,390 GBP I bought a list of 160k companies in South Africa, I got direct corporate email addresses, direct phone numbers, unlimited data export at no extra cost, daily updates. Perfect for sending email campaigns and for telesales. They also cover 53 countries in Africa, so we might use them for our next campaign.

**What do you dislike about Global Database Prospecting?**

Email bounce rate of 12% and mobile numbers are not available for each contact.

**Recommendations to others considering Global Database Prospecting:**

Pros: Good data quality and response rate, great support, would definitely recommend.
Cons: Expensive if you are looking to purchase multiple countries.


**What problems is Global Database Prospecting solving and how is that benefiting you?**

After sending the first campaign to over 320k contacts, we received a response rate of 3-5%, which is in line with our expectations.
