And this feedback is genuine as we get it from other groups of people we work with. 360 feedback surveys are quick to respond to for other team members, and results are shows in a well-formatted report. The report highlights the focus areas and also recommends the trainings and courses to improve on. Data is anonymous, and result is only considered once a minimum no of entries are captured. Comments shared by colleagues is provided great insights This feedback also highlights the unrecognized streanths of individuals which they might have not been aware of themselves. **What do you dislike about Viva Glint?** The only issue is when the team is small, and you only work with a small set of collegues; in those cases, it becomes hard to capture 360 feedback anonymously. I am not sure if there is a different cost based on the size of the organization. in cases, people don't respond the feedback surveys - it should automatically send certain reminder email and user should also be able to trigger follow-up emails from the tool itself. **Recommendations to others considering Viva Glint:** This is a great feedback gathering software for organizations. it will help their leaders and managers to focus on identified areas which they might have not been aware of. **What problems is Viva Glint solving and how is that benefiting you?** As a growing organization, leaders and managers need to know which areas they are good at and where they need to work on. 360 feedback from Glint is a great way to start somewhere. ### 6. When I'm tracking my team's pulse surveys, I like to have an indicator of what was happening at the time people took the pulse (even by day). They are supporting very well and also have great vision and advice. The latter is a big part of why we chose to go with Glint. I also like how well they push out features and have a loaded roadmap to continue improving the product. **What do you dislike about Viva Glint?** The action reporting is just a csv file, which works for me but doesn't show the same effort as the rest of the platform. There is so much to learn from the responses on communication, recognition etc etc. It really helps to support and validate your programs. As a Glint user since mid-2016, I've found it to be a well-designed platform that allows for a spectrum of feedback, according to the needs of each employee. Pulse surveys tend to be shorter in format (depending on the question set), and this translates to less time spent away from other work and a focus on feedback that matters. What I like best: -Frequent pulse surveys let you provide feedback on an ongoing basis, rather than the usual once- or twice-per-year check-ins. -Survey format is well-designed and flexible to accommodate the amount of feedback you want to give. -Aggregate survey results are compiled and benchmarked for management in an easy-to-digest format that enables sharing and communication. **What do you dislike about Viva Glint?** -I'd like to be able to see my past survey responses. -I'd like to see survey responses somehow integrated with a company's primary HR platform. **What problems is Viva Glint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems solved: -Quick, frequent employee feedback. -Identifying team, org, and company-wide successes and issues. Has all the features you need to build surveys, send them on you company, analyze results and get a very good understanding about your organization. You can have different types of surveys to get a pulse on different aspect of the company and build on top of it. **What do you dislike about Viva Glint?** The interface seems a little old and not updated.
