"great tool to gather 360 feedback and find out focus areas to work on"

What do you like best about Viva Glint?

This tool is amazingly powerful as we get feedbacks in different areas. And this feedback is genuine as we get it from other groups of people we work with.

360 feedback surveys are quick to respond to for other team members, and results are shows in a well-formatted report.

The report highlights the focus areas and also recommends the trainings and courses to improve on.

Data is anonymous, and result is only considered once a minimum no of entries are captured. Comments shared by colleagues is provided great insights

This feedback also highlights the unrecognized streanths of individuals which they might have not been aware of themselves. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Viva Glint?

The only issue is when the team is small, and you only work with a small set of collegues; in those cases, it becomes hard to capture 360 feedback anonymously.

I am not sure if there is a different cost based on the size of the organization.

in cases, people don't respond the feedback surveys - it should automatically send certain reminder email and user should also be able to trigger follow-up emails from the tool itself. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
