Also, it helps determine next steps from a strategic standpoint. ### 2. As a Glint user since mid-2016, I've found it to be a well-designed platform that allows for a spectrum of feedback, according to the needs of each employee. Pulse surveys tend to be shorter in format (depending on the question set), and this translates to less time spent away from other work and a focus on feedback that matters. What I like best: -Frequent pulse surveys let you provide feedback on an ongoing basis, rather than the usual once- or twice-per-year check-ins. -Survey format is well-designed and flexible to accommodate the amount of feedback you want to give. -Aggregate survey results are compiled and benchmarked for management in an easy-to-digest format that enables sharing and communication. **What do you dislike about Viva Glint?** -I'd like to be able to see my past survey responses. -I'd like to see survey responses somehow integrated with a company's primary HR platform. **What problems is Viva Glint solving and how is that benefiting you?** Problems solved: -Quick, frequent employee feedback. -Identifying team, org, and company-wide successes and issues. Benefits: -I have a way to submit feedback and be heard. -I know where my team and org stand in relation to others across the company. -I can track progress on key feedback metrics over time. ### 6.
