It was easy to use and easy to get people logged on. It was built into our crm so it was a click of a button. Our crm is sales force. Easier than Go to meeting. Glance is an easy way for me to share my screen with colleagues in the office and in other offices. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. What do you dislike about Glance? In the base package of Glance there's no easy way to exchange control of the keyboard. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com. Recommendations to others considering Glance: It's easy to use once it's set up. You just have to get the IT dept to install Glance on your computer and then it's a little icon in the lower left hand screen of your computer. Sometimes its hard to schedule Glance with only a few number of licenses for the entire organization. For example, we had one Glance account but multiple people wanted to use Glance at the same time with different people. So we had to create an Outlook calendar that shows the availability of the glance tool so we don't double book it. It's not a big deal but that wasn't made clear to us at the beginning or we didn't understand it. We might be purchasing extra licenses of Glance in the future if other colleagues want to use it at the same time.
