**What do you like best about GivenGain?**

The platform is simple, there are no major protocols to set up your campaign as an individual and start collecting funds.
In my particular case, for the health treatment of a relative.

**What do you dislike about GivenGain?**

At first it cost me, I felt that they forced me to support a campaign when I only wanted to put together a campaign for my cousin.
After you skip that part, the rest is easy.

**What problems is GivenGain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I have a cousin with an autoimmune disease that degenerates her muscles, she lives in Venezuela and due to her precarious health situation, her treatment is complicated.
With givegain I can create and share a campaign to raise money for medicines and doctors.

**What do you like best about GivenGain?**

Incredible platform, low price, a much better alternative to GoFundMe or the like. 

**What do you dislike about GivenGain?**

Not as well known so it's hard for supporters to trust initially, but even so, we've had no trouble with payments/donations.

**Recommendations to others considering GivenGain:**

Give it a chance. Our team was a bit skeptical at first as this was a platform we had never heard of but the ease of use and support available has made this our best switch to date.

**What problems is GivenGain solving and how is that benefiting you?**

With similar platforms accessibility is a huge factor and GivenGain leaves any of those issues with competitors.
