What do you like best about Bonterra GiveGab?

When you have a great customer relationship manager that is working to set up your day the process is incredibly smooth. We have had a great year so far with our giving day and look forward to breaking records again due to their support.

We also use the Philanthropy Hub product for our community and this has been a game changer. It's a great platform that we look forward to seeing become more robust through the next few years. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Bonterra GiveGab?

I wish the reporting were more robust to see accumulative giving regardless of the nonprofit that a donor has given toward. The stripe verification sometimes slows down our organizations that are signing up but this would occur with any giving day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What problems is Bonterra GiveGab solving and how is that benefiting you?

Allowing to share nonprofit giving opportunities community wide. This builds on awareness of organizations and helps them to aquire new donors. Each year, we break giving records. In addition, we use the new philanthropy hub product as a year-round nonprofit directory for our region. What do you like best about Bonterra GiveGab?

The Bonterra team provides wrap-around services from event pre-planning, participant training and preparation and event wrap-up. The platform is stable and, for the most part, is able to handle donor traffic throughout the giving day. The event team is always available to provide a stress-free experience. What do you dislike about Bonterra GiveGab?

Financial reporting could be improved, especially the clarity of transactions to our accounting system. The app does not seem to work as well as the web platform. It froze a few times during our last giving day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
