Their support team is extremely helpful and quick to respond, but also played a key role in our first giving day especially. We decided to do a giving day during 2020 pretty late in the game, but their project managers and support team helped us every step of the way and helped keep us on track as we planned for the day. I like the ease of using the system and being able to provide insight on some of the things that they may want to incorporate in the future. When I first started with GiveGab I had less than 2 months to prepare but the team that I had went straight to work to assist in the development of the website and creat the content for me. We have been able to add on a little piece each year to see what really workd for us and it has been amazing. Then on the day of we had 24/7 support throughout the giving day . We could have used more assistance with our marketing plan. We didn't know the best way to get the word out and we probably didn't maximize our intake as a result. Working with the Bonterra team has always been a positive experience. This platform has been easy to use and easy to edit or implement changes. Their customer service team is helpful and kind. We work them on our Idaho Gives Giving Day platform. This is a huge event for us and they have always provided us a level of support where we feel supported and comfortable. The platform allows us to reach thousands of community members interested in giving that we would not otherwise be able to effective reach and receive donations from. The peer-to-peer function is a great added bonus that further expands our reach. I love the leaderboard function that adds a layer of competition between our campaign participants. Bonterra is set up to have donations go directly to the organizations participating in our campaign. It would be nice if this was not required. If we, as the host/sponsor, could receive donations on other organizations behalf and disburse funds to them after the campaign, it would be helpful for some participants who do not have sophisticated financial management practices/systems. When you have a great customer relationship manager that is working to set up your day the process is incredibly smooth. We have had a great year so far with our giving day and look forward to breaking records again due to their support.

I wish the reporting were more robust to see accumulative giving regardless of the nonprofit that a donor has given toward. The stripe verification sometimes slows down our organizations that are signing up but this would occur with any giving day. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

The Bonterra team provides wrap-around services from event pre-planning, participant training and preparation and event wrap-up. The platform is stable and, for the most part, is able to handle donor traffic throughout the giving day. The event team is always available to provide a stress-free experience.
