They don’t need to download any apps, register, or log in to record a testimonial. The branded "Space" link works flawlessly directly in their mobile or desktop browser. This simplicity has significantly boosted our response rate when asking clients for video feedback. **What do you dislike about GetPureProof?** While the collection process is seamless, I would love to see basic post-production tools inside the dashboard, such as a quick video trimmer or automated subtitle/caption generation. Having to download the video to crop it or add captions in external software adds an extra step to my workflow. **What problems is GetPureProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** We needed a way to build immediate trust with cold traffic on our landing pages. Written reviews are often taken with a grain of salt, but authentic video testimonials from real clients have a massive impact. GetPureProof helps us collect and display these videos effortlessly. Imo AI pretty much killed text testimonials, because everyone assumes they're generated now, honestly not sure anyone even reads them. But! You can't fake someone talking to camera. For me the problem was always two things: 1) getting people to actually record 2) whatever they sent back was a raw file in some random format that I then had to host and embed on the site without wrecking the page. And GPP nicely solved both. And also I don't have to prepare a script for the customer every time, I just send a link, they open it in the browser, get guided questions telling them what to say and that's it. Less friction, so really more clients actually go through with it. Of course they still put it off with the usual "yeah I'll do it in a sec", but luckily you only need a few of your best cases on the site anyway. **What do you dislike about GetPureProof?** Honestly not much, but if I had to pick something it's the 120 second cap on recordings. Most of the time short is better anyway, that's kind of the point, but every now and then a client really gets into their story and gets cut off mid sentence, so I have to tell them upfront to keep it tight. Small thing, but it's the one that actually comes up. **What problems is GetPureProof solving and how is that benefiting you?** I run an agency, so social proof is basically what closes deals for me. I can put together a whole book of case studies, but prospects don't really trust what I say about our own work. It's different when my clients get on camera and talk through the process and the results we got them.
