What do you like best about Get The Referral?

It's very expensive software and they don't care if it makes sense for you, they are very pushy and only in it to sell the software not to benefit you as they claim. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Get The Referral?

They communicate a lot to sell you or upgrade you. If there is a misunderstanding then there is little communication regardless of the circumstances. They push you into an upgrade and misrepresent the costs verbally but sneak it in writing knowing you didn't notice. When you notice, they state they will help and review but they don't get back to you for a long time and won't answer your questions. What do you like best about Get The Referral?

This app is excellent for helping our company capture referrals, this app manages the entire process for us from referral to payment and makes it super simple for our partners to use. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

Sometimes the terminology used as advocate, referral, sales rep advocate, gets a little confusing to our sales team, but otherwise no complaints at all with the GTR app Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

"High Converting Referral Leads"
What do you like best about Get The Referral?

Using GTR gives us referral leads that convert at a very high percentage and keeps our entire referral process organized. Using links that tie referring "Advocates" to a specific sales person is brilliant, it gives the sales team real incentives to max out their efforts to get Advocate signups and keeps everything organized in our CRM/Sales software as well. What do you dislike about Get The Referral?

The process of integrating GTR with our CRM was sold as a slam dunk. It wasn't, but GTR stuck with it and wound up delivering everything they said they would. Support staff are responsive and friendly. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about Get The Referral?

I like the simplicity of the interface for my usage as the Marketing Coordinator for Hail Pro. It is very straight forward when I need to compensate advocates for their referrals. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Get The Referral?

I would say that the user experience although it is very simple, some customers don't like that they have to "cash out" manually in the rewards wallet section. Sometimes they assume as soon as a referral is approved they will recieve their reward but realize later they must manually transfer the money to their bank account. "Create Customer Loyalty in a Snap"
What do you like best about Get The Referral?

GTR has made it simple to track who our loyal customers are without manually monitoring the process. Offering a referral award is managed once a week with minimal effort. As a company, we are seeing quality leads come in and with the administration being minimal our ROI is efficient. I would recommend GTR to any company that can integrate this with their CRM. It is easy to communicate with our customers and they enjoy the reward of referring neighbors and friends to us. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about Get The Referral?

We wish our reward balance would load quicker. There is often a delay of 24 hours or more before we can send out loyalty rewards and sometimes our advocates don't like to wait. I love the platform. It is vibrant and super east to use! I love the project management feature and the ability to leave referrals right from the app! Also, this avoids us from cutting checks to clients. Makes our lives so much easuer. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.
