It was fairly easily to use once the POS was set up.
How hard it was to pull reports and change POS screen buttons. It was so hard to create multiple function buttons that would prompt the POS staff to ask if they wanted to upgrade or change order.
It is very expensive and hard to use. Their customer service is not the greatest. A lot of things you have to figure out on your own. If you are not tech savvy you have difficulties.
