**What do you like best about Gatemaster?**

It helped us many time on ticketing and reservation.
Easy to use for yur business billing, repoting.
Support is always available through phone calls or mail of their operational time.

**What do you dislike about Gatemaster?**

Repoting is a bit tricky but it can be better or fixed.

**What problems is Gatemaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

It helped many of our clients in their billing, reporting, POS, e-commerce.

**What do you like best about Gatemaster?**

Good simple user interface and is easy to implement. POS is very good.

**What do you dislike about Gatemaster?**

Reporting is a bit complex, customer support is not great and could be improved.

**What problems is Gatemaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

A good POS solves for a major issue we were facing with sales streamline but its expensive considering the number of features offered.

**What do you like best about Gatemaster?**

The solution has the features and works well, but not a great fan of user experience

**What do you dislike about Gatemaster?**

UX can be improved, since it delivers most of the features, and better experience would help win more customers

**What problems is Gatemaster solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We tired the tool for its POS offering, the tool had features that covered all our requirements. But we found better options in the market. The tool is quite economical given the value it offers
