We are sorry to hear about your poor experience. We do not have any record of you being an authorized contact for Splash Kingdom and have never worked with you, so it’s hard to speak to the level of customer service that you received from us. We offer many opportunities for our customers to further their Gatemaster training. We offer E2 University quarterly, which covers everything that is taught in our initial training once the software is purchased. We have a monthly customer user group where we cover different features Gatemaster offers and give one of our current customers the opportunity to share their best practices with other Gatemaster clients. E2 University and our user groups are free for customers who are under a support package. From our records, we do not show Splash Kingdom ever registering for either of these reoccurring training events.
