Very professional Company. Parafait helped us in integrating Billing, RFID based Entry System, RFID Lockers, RFID Payment Solutions, FnB and Retail Sales Management. It is a one stop solution for Park Management. They understood our requirements in detail and catered to our custom requirements. They have a great customer support team which is very crucial for smooth functioning of the park operations. They constantly collect feedback and work closely with us to bring in improvements and new features in the software which helps us in managing our park efficiently. Parfait has helped us in automating many of the tasks and also contributed in increasing our InPark Sales revenue. I recommend Parafait for all Park Operators. **What do you dislike about Parafait?** Have no complaints to make. They have been providing a very good service. **What problems is Parafait solving and how is that benefiting you?** Parafait has helped us in automating most of the reconciliation and reporting works, which was earlier done manually. It used to be time consuming activity and often with many errors. Now, we get reconciliation activity done automatically with detailed and real-time reports. Handling Entry through Paper Wrist band was a major bottleneck during peak hours. RFID Wristband Based Entry system has helped us in achieving smooth entry of customers into our park. We are also able to allow entry based on time slots. Ours being a Water Park, customers used to face lot of issues in carrying cash around the bark, which also led to less sales at our stores inside the park. Now with help of RFID based Wallets, customers can purchase at their convenience and this has increased our sales. ### 10.
