**What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?**

I love how FunnelFlare simplifies our sales process and helps our team to prioritize leads efficiently. The software is easy to use and automates appointment scheduling.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

If I had to mention a minor complaint, It would be that some of the features take a little time to learn and setup.

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FunnelFLARE has automated our sales leading to significant increase in productivity, as our team can now focus on more valuable tasks such as building relationships with prospects and closing deals.

**What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?**

Funnel flare is really quick to setup, and didnt take too long to get setup. There was some initial confusion importing data but I eventually was able to work my way around it.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

The program seems super limited in scope. It feels like they built their software for one specific use case only and after getting setup we realized it wasn't going to work for what we wanted to do.

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quick way to talk to customers but unfortunately it's not the best solution for us. Everytime I made a call it would show up as "scam likely" and I actually didn't get a single conversion using their software.

Setting up for campaigns and mapping was an easy, quick process. I was also impressed with contact and sales management and contact segmentation.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

Experienced some compatibility issues but it was a small hurdle.

FunnelFLARE is helping us create more effective sales processes and manage our current prospects more organized and manageable way.

FunnelFLARE is helping me to set reminder and task upon on each leads and can schedule a email also.

As far as we did not find anything bad about them

I thought it had a nice dashboard, which made it a pleasure to use.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

I thought there were some unnecessary features and it could be better without them.

This helped me make significant volume calls throughout the day with the ability to update notes easily.

**What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?**

FunnelFlare has almost all of the "must have" features of it's big sister Active Demand: Campaigns, power dialer, tracking, social media integration. 

There is also a great chrome extension that brings the powerdialer right into any web-based CRM, contact, or email program. We use it with Nimble and Outlook.

 The best feature is the fast and friendly support!

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

There's only one landing page supported (for appointment setting) and no webinar integration (big sister Active Demand only supports integration with GoTo Webinar, so we're not really missing THAT.)

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Sales empowerment ... giving sales tools to follow up with prospects in a way that is coordinated with email and social media communication.

**What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?**

The connection with our CRM means I can interact directly with our prospects and clients, saving time and no app switching to engage by phone or email.  The recent integration with Linkedin is particularly good for outbound prospecting.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

Not so much to dislike with it.  You will need a plan when building the automations

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelFLARE:**

If you are sending the same or similar messages over-and-over again to prospects, then FunnelFLARE will save you lots of time.

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Quickly identifying hot prospects and the ability to engage with them using both automated workflows and template emails, SMS and pre-recorded voicemails.

I like the email & task automation feature most because it helps to reduce time in managing email campaigns & task scheduling.

As of now nothing as such, Just need a bit easy interface to get all the features

There are benefits like dialing faster to reach out to clients, email automation for time management, and the most beneficial real-time tracking of behavior of clients through engagement with emails.

**What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?**

I thought that I would like the automation for Nimble but it didn't work.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

The platform is full of bugs and issues, starting with the authentication with Google.
They are not approved by Google so you need to accept the risks of connecting your account with them.
The main thing that I didn't like, is that they didn't accept that their service was not delivered, they assumed that their employee spends the time creating a custom automation workflow, so if in the end, the workflow didn't work, they will not refund the over $700 spend on the account, just because they work on it.

In my experience, if you didn't deliver the expected outcome because your platform/service does not work, you have to honor your customer and refund them.

**Recommendations to others considering FunnelFLARE:**

Try to find a better solution

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

I needed to automate data sent to Nimble, I didn't get any benefit from them.

We acknowledge you had problems utilizing our platform and that is unfortunate. Your main complaint was the result of issues with the deployment of a custom services job. We accept there were errors made and we also feel that both parties could have done a better job of communicating.

We’ve reviewed how services scopes and manages projects like this so that these issues do not happen in the future.

Powerful automation flow builder makes outbound campaigns simple and free's up sales reps for bottom of the funnel activities.

**What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?**

The calendar booking tool is useful, but could be made easier to get the branding right.

**What problems is FunnelFLARE solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Reducing manual tasks performed by sales reps & increasing number of leads each rep is able to handle
