What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?

What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?

Funnel flare is really quick to setup, and didnt take too long to get setup. There was some initial confusion importing data but I eventually was able to work my way around it. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?

The program seems super limited in scope. It feels like they built their software for one specific use case only and after getting setup we realized it wasn't going to work for what we wanted to do. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?

FunnelFlare has almost all of the "must have" features of it's big sister Active Demand: Campaigns, power dialer, tracking, social media integration.

There is also a great chrome extension that brings the powerdialer right into any web-based CRM, contact, or email program. We use it with Nimble and Outlook.

What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?

There's only one landing page supported (for appointment setting) and no webinar integration (big sister Active Demand only supports integration with GoTo Webinar, so we're not really missing THAT.) Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?

The connection with our CRM means I can interact directly with our prospects and clients, saving time and no app switching to engage by phone or email. The recent integration with Linkedin is particularly good for outbound prospecting. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you like best about FunnelFLARE?

I thought that I would like the automation for Nimble but it didn't work. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

What do you dislike about FunnelFLARE?

The platform is full of bugs and issues, starting with the authentication with Google.

They are not approved by Google so you need to accept the risks of connecting your account with them.

The main thing that I didn't like, is that they didn't accept that their service was not delivered, they assumed that their employee spends the time creating a custom automation workflow, so if in the end, the workflow didn't work, they will not refund the over $700 spend on the account, just because they work on it.

In my experience, if you didn't deliver the expected outcome because your platform/service does not work, you have to honor your customer and refund them. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

We acknowledge you had problems utilizing our platform and that is unfortunate. Your main complaint was the result of issues with the deployment of a custom services job. We accept there were errors made and we also feel that both parties could have done a better job of communicating.

We’ve reviewed how services scopes and manages projects like this so that these issues do not happen in the future.
