**What do you like best about FullCall?**

What really stands out to me is how fast and reliable the call routing is, combined with the clean dashboard. In my day-to-day, I can't afford to have clients waiting or getting dropped when transferring between departments. FullCall handles our call volume without any lag, and the UI isn't cluttered like some of the older platforms we looked at. It just works smoothly in the background.

**What do you dislike about FullCall?**

The reporting features can feel a little rigid at times. While it tracks all the core metrics we need out of the box, trying to build highly customized, granular reports for specific team activities takes a bit of trial and error. It’s not a dealbreaker, but the reporting interface could definitely be a bit more flexible.

**What problems is FullCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

Before we switched over, our team was drowning in messy handoffs and manual data entry. We had people using different tools, calls were getting dropped during transfers, and half the time, notes weren't getting logged, so the next person to talk to a client had no context on the previous conversation.

FullCall completely fixed that by giving us one reliable central hub for everything. The biggest benefit has been the automatic logging and the way it handles routing. It easily saves each of our reps a few hours a week on pure admin work, and it keeps us from looking disorganized in front of our clients because whoever picks up the phone actually knows what's going on.

Its native compliance toolkit is its biggest strength. Encrypted call recordings and tamper-proof logs satisfy ISO 27001 and German IT security standards. Custom routing handles our on-call engineers well, while the German dashboard cuts training time, and downloadable call data speeds up client audit filings.

**What do you dislike about FullCall?**

There’s no direct connection to our Nextcloud and monitoring tools, so I manually match call logs for audits. Custom compliance report formats are sparse, mobile admin runs slow, and sorting client calls via tagging is cumbersome—meaning extra Excel work before submitting GDPR paperwork.

**What problems is FullCall solving and how is that benefiting you?**

We previously dealt with scattered, unsecure PBX call records. I found the integration with our website very simple. We used to interact with our clients on our website. They raise a request, and we create a video conferencing link, and they receive a notification for the same. They were able to join using the link provided

The creation of rooms took a bit longer than expected, but we could use them once created. Please solve this issue if possible if you are coming up with any other updated version. Keep this on your bucket list while testing.

Transferring calls option was just another level. We may transfer the ongoing call to our colleagues if we are ocuupied. We could schedule calls per our timing and dates and assign them to our clients.

The competition has more features for trainings and rooms , file sharing etc. There is room for lot of improvement. Also the connectivity can be a lot better.

Light and good to uses , some plugin does  not support
