**What do you like best about FSM Grid?**

The history & scheduling functions are some of the things i like best about the software, as well as the great after sales service & assistance.

**What do you dislike about FSM Grid?**

The  app could be improved, but the main web based version is great and rarely gives issues.

**What problems is FSM Grid solving and how is that benefiting you?**

FSM Grid has allowed us to better maintain our schedules and the schedules of our technicians and helps when making decisions about who should be scheduled for what work etc.
