# Which AI SDRs Software Do Sales Development Managers Trust Most?

Most trusted AI SDRs platforms by sales development managers based on user reviews comes up often in the AI SDRs category, and the answer tends to depend on what "trust" actually means to the person asking. For some managers it's about a platform that consistently books qualified meetings without much oversight. For others it's about not introducing a new system that fights with the CRM they already rely on.

Qualified: Reviewers across a wide range of company sizes describe its AI SDR engaging website visitors around the clock and converting inbound traffic into booked meetings that previously went unanswered outside business hours. What stands out is how consistently reviewers credit the vendor's own success team for shortening the time it takes to see results. A few reviewers note the depth of configuration options creates a real learning curve during initial setup.

Salesforce Agentforce: The trust here comes largely from familiarity, teams already running on Salesforce point to agents that reason over CRM data they already have in place rather than requiring a separate AI layer bolted on top. The recurring caveat is setup: several reviewers describe the gap between a working demo and a fully configured, production-ready agent as bigger than expected.

Close: Trusted by teams ranging from individual founders to much larger outbound sales organizations, largely on the strength of Chloe and a power dialer reviewers describe as best-in-class for high-volume calling. The tradeoffs mentioned most are around reporting depth and a narrower integration list compared to larger CRMs.

Topo.io: Reviewers consistently credit it with taking outbound off a scattered mix of separate tools and organizing lead sourcing, signal detection, and outreach into one clear workflow. What comes up again and again is the responsiveness of the team behind it. The main limitation noted is that some integrations are still catching up to the core product.

For sales development managers reading this, is trust mostly a function of how the tool performs on its own, or how well it plays with everything else already in your stack? And has anyone switched away from one of these after initially trusting it? What changed?

For me, trust would come down to how much oversight the AI SDR still needs after launch. A tool that books meetings consistently but requires constant prompt tuning, lead cleanup, or CRM correction may not actually reduce the manager’s workload.
