Freightify has been excellent right from the start. They are extremely friendly and provide assistance. You feel part of their team, almost like family. From the initial sale, the setup, implementation, training and continued support, they are great to work with. This is the third system we use like this one and so far, it is the best and with such an affordable price! The entire platform is innovative and highly functional and is heading towards becoming a complete and excellent tool as soon as all the players in the logistics industry are integrated. It's difficult to comment on something that doesn't work or that I don't like on the platform, everything works well, but there are still some adjustments to be made, such as, for example, some prints we can only do after the quote is generated. We like the fact that we can use this one platform to hold all of our carrier rates - import / export / fcl and lcl. Almost all the carriers are covered under the platform hence we get to know the available rates, schedules. Also, being in pricing, we can upload the manual rate sheets received from NVOCC's and the carriers too. Also, special rates that are filed can be uploaded.
