They are extremely friendly and provide assistance. You feel part of their team, almost like family. From the initial sale, the setup, implementation, training and continued support, they are great to work with. This is the third system we use like this one and so far, it is the best and with such an affordable price! We use this on a daily basis from our ops team to sales, everyone enjoys the system and ease of use. I highly recommend this for anyone looking into managing their rates, quoting, tracking, etc... they are the best! Do not hesistate at all. **What do you dislike about Freightify?** The downside that we are facing at the moment is, the number of supported carriers on the platform. There is no turning back with this kind of evolution. What impresses me the most as freight agents is the possibility of sharing the platform with our clients and partners, where they can make quotes directly, without having to go through us and using our website. This gives us the opportunity to meet many of our clients' and business partners' urgent needs. In addition to this, there are other system features that allow us to program any quote according to our best parameters.
