Freightify has been excellent right from the start. They are extremely friendly and provide assistance. You feel part of their team, almost like family. From the initial sale, the setup, implementation, training and continued support, they are great to work with. This is the third system we use like this one and so far, it is the best and with such an affordable price! We use this on a daily basis from our ops team to sales, everyone enjoys the system and ease of use. What do you dislike about Freightify? The downside that we are facing at the moment is, the number of supported carriers on the platform. The entire platform is innovative and highly functional and is heading towards becoming a complete and excellent tool as soon as all the players in the logistics industry are integrated. There is no turning back with this kind of evolution. What impresses me the most as freight agents is the possibility of sharing the platform with our clients and partners, where they can make quotes directly, without having to go through us and using our website. This gives us the opportunity to meet many of our clients' and business partners' urgent needs. In addition to this, there are other system features that allow us to program any quote according to our best parameters. Congratulations to the Freightfy development team. It's difficult to comment on something that doesn't work or that I don't like on the platform, everything works well, but there are still some adjustments to be made, such as, for example, some prints we can only do after the quote is generated. Almost all the carriers are covered under the platform hence we get to know the available rates, schedules. Also, being in pricing, we can upload the manual rate sheets received from NVOCC's and the carriers too. Also, special rates that are filed can be uploaded. There are features which are rolled out to users which can only be accessed after you pay the amount. As per me, if the feature is not under my package, i should not get access to it. Initially for freight i had to login to all shipping lines seperately which used to take lot of time and effort but now it is very easy, all rates of different shipping lines are populated by single search. In the past we had our own internal database, and had to login to multiple carrier pages to understand what the rates were, with Freightify we have access to all this information in one simple click.
