Manage internal inventory for warehouse and onsite (POS) store in one solution. **What do you dislike about Freestyle O.M.S.?** The softawre is not at all intuitive. Hard to learn, use and maintain. We constantly have to update the software to fix issues with the software. You need a dedicated IT person with SQL skills to maintain. Reporting is minimal. You need to add far too many third-party solutions for things that should be built into the program. There is no live inventory for the website or offsite stores. **Recommendations to others considering Freestyle O.M.S.:** You will not easily be able to connect and use this solution with other eCommerce solutions or shopping carts. It is missing many vital elements found in typical order management solutions. **What problems is Freestyle O.M.S. solving and how is that benefiting you?** Order and inventory management from multiple sale points such as the web and a physical retail store. ### 2.
