I find Foxit PDF Editor very user-friendly and straightforward to set up. The transition from Adobe Acrobat to Foxit was seamless, with no hiccups, and I appreciate how easy it is to use. My workflow has become much smoother without the interruptions of constant pop-ups from Adobe. I am also delighted that I am paying significantly less—about half of what I was spending on Adobe Acrobat, despite using their professional version. Foxit PDF Editor is just as effective, if not more so, than Adobe, and it's easier to make changes to PDFs and export them. Overall, it solves my document management needs efficiently. The software is not a pest like Adobe was, making it a more pleasant and effective tool in my accounting business.

When it worked, the software was relatively easy to use and included the few features that I needed (view, edit, sign, etc.).

I purchased a lifetime license with the understanding that it would not be eligible for updates. Unfortunately, the program stopped responding after the last update. I cannot open the software at all. I’m fine with an older version, but I paid for one that would still work.

None, because it will not open at all. Customer service will not help because it is not the latest version.

It wasn’t very good at converting and placing boxes in the correct spots in the document, and it usually required major adjustments afterward.

At the time, it was a cost-saver for training because we were in the middle of a rebrand and needed to convert documents to reflect it. As a result, each person needed their own copy of Foxit PDF Editor to complete this.

I purchased Foxit PDF Editor for it's document management capabilities. I can easily create large multi-page pdf's, add bookmarks and create clickable tables of contents. I also like that I can create quick pdf binders for printing. I'm looking forward to using Foxit to create forms for our new website.

**What do you dislike about Foxit PDF Editor?**

Not everything is intuitive. Some features seem best suited to very experienced software users. Some features required quite a bit of learning along with some trial and error.

The primary use of Foxit PDF Editor was to be able to create a clickable Table of Contents for our Policy Manual. I'm still exploring all of the other features.

The initial setup was very easy, just a basic follow-the-instructions type thing, which I appreciate.
