I like that Forter is relatively easy to use. Searching for transactions via email for our customers is seamless and quick. Figuring out the issue for our customers is made more accessible by getting immediate results and easy-to-understand reasons. Review collected by and hosted on G2.com.

There isn't much that I don't like to be honest. One thing I would like to see is a better explanation for the reasons that a customer's card may have been declined, perhaps by hovering over the cause. For some of them, I need to research it on Google to find out what the decline reason might mean to better explain it to either a customer or one of our agents.
