What do you dislike about Forter? The main downside is limited transparency in some decisions. When a transaction is declined or flagged, it can be difficult to fully understand the exact logic behind the outcome, which makes internal review and stakeholder alignment harder. It can also create dependency on the tool’s recommendation, especially when teams want more flexibility or clearer evidence for manual challenge, dispute handling, or rule tuning.
